Reminds me, I still need to do this...gah...so much to do, so little money...
-
Yea, I have to agree. I enjoy hanging out in this forum. Thanks again.
-
That reminds me...since I removed my floor mount e brake...I should look into re locating it to the dash....cool!
-
Dang from where?? That is a good deal. I have been hunting some headers of some sort, and people recommend the Doug Thorleys, but I have not the $400+ to buy a set...$200 is around my style!
-
Awesome. That link helped out ALOT...except for the location of the timer...Mine is not in the rear cargo area...I have removed the plastic multiple times during e-equipment/comm installs, and have seen nothing like that...
-
So were you having issues with the MAF as well? I have gotten into the habit of eliminating factory grounds and making my own, especially on fuel pumps. Didn't know if doing that fixed another issue or something...
-
Yea buying it by the foot would work, but you will need to make the bends in the line. Hey if you plan on lifting the body, that won't matter as much...
-
Pace setter headers...did you get a good deal on them?
-
And again, Bernard and I are NOT on the same page. Sorry bro. That was clearly my bad... That is a good idea pro street. I had thought about using a sheet metal brake and making one like that, to make it an actual "cold air" intake...lol

What won't work well? It is the same concept as spending several hundred on some chrome or stainless tubing yes? Where is that picture of that one guys.... Here it is... http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=26789 GrimGreg says... Looks like the adapter I used too. For the support I cut bent and drilled a piece of aluminum bar stock. I also bought the parts to remove the accordian pipe. It is just a 6" tube that I cut and plumbed for the vac lines.

I used to have a FlowMaster sticker that gave me 15 HP. Hardbody, nice truck! I assume when the PO had the front end repaired after a wreck, that they replaced all the rubber bushings. All mine are in tact, and look brand new. Probably why I have never seen my hood move...

Man, all the cool people live away from me. Hahahaha...too bad there is not a search function to find people near you. Sorry to topic jack, glad you got it fixed. Good job 510!

Autozone sells fuel line by the roll, and the fittings/benders too.
-
Avoid fire! Take the advice given here, seriously... Good luck bro!
-
Yea, that is an interesting gadget...might have to buy one down the road....
-
Had the same issue, went with a taurus e-fan, and my problem was solved...run my AC all the time too...(and it blows colder air!!!) Good luck bro.

I do carry some jumper cables, but have not had to use them since the Maxima alternator swap and the spaghetti clean up. I like the military terminals as well, but most of the local parts stores here don't even know what that is.

(comforts OSR) It's okay buddy, he didn't MEAN to hurt your feelings...he just has to compensate... LOL JK!!! Cant wait to see the pictures...

Man, makes me want one of those lifts!!
-
Yea, sure does look like the TM lift. I was going to buy the one in Oregon and have someone ship it here, it is just like that.
-
I guess the only real way to do it would be to completely re-do the entire ECU. New program and all. It is not something I would want to do, just a thought...and besides I can barely afford the steering components I need at this moment...
-
So...with that being said, and me having a 95, there technically SHOULD be a way to manually over ride the timing advance/retard for "performance" instances... I know on my old Civic it was all controllable...
-
Yep, being that mine is on jack stands, I climbed up under the truck to see what I could see... And for giggles, (since I am going to be swapping out bars) I put a jack and a block of wood under one of the tbars and jacked it up... The bar began to bend but I did not see ANY splines come out... Must be a MAJOR bend dude...
-
I am probably just going to buy a section of 3 inch exhaust tube and cut it to length, then drill the appropriate holes for the tubes, polish it up with the ol dremel and install er... May just be me, but good lawwd why spend so much money on something that easy!
-
I guess it is time for me to yank out my cluster and check some bulbs...I have never seen an ABS light, or the CEL, or even a BRAKE light...even on startup... Dang crafty back woods dealerships...
