  1. I'd call local tint shops, some that are more set up and do quality work can do 'custom' stuff and might be able to match
  2. As B said, it generally is a case by case situation. Some see something, some don't. I saw nothing and will not glorify a product I got 0 benifit from, but if someone DOES get a benifit I'm more than happy for them.
  3. I did the through the vaccum booster thing once (don't remember where I even got the can from), nothing more than a smoke show. I'd never pour something that THINS the oil though in the crankcase. If my memory serves me well, there was someone around here that used some kind of additive in the crankcase against the recommendation of the place that was doing an oil change and ended up with some unhappy sounds and gauge readings...
  4. I hope someone with a square dash spys what I see near that shifter... (I already have 2 so I don't need it)
  5. Personally I'd say match the centers to the wheels if it were 'mine' but that spray job looks like Nissan did it good job!
  6. Don't forget Alkorahil can usually do better on price as well!
  7. Can't hurt, helps keep stuff out and can still breath out
  8. My OnDemand program shows dropping the tank to remove/access the pump
  9. http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/pathfinder/ There's the list of year specific FSMs, listed by year
  10. iirc from what I've noticed with some of the other members from countries with the availability of both, Terranos are diesel, Pathfinders are gas/petrol. RHD can be on both of them, not specific to one or the other. They are on the same frame/suspensions (wd21's at least) from what I've seen from members here as well and would assume they were similar or at least close enough to be workable as switchable parts throughout the 4x4 system as long as from the same generation but am not hands on sure
  11. Wonder if they make a shell that would fit an xmods chassis fairly close... I'd love to build a little mini RC of my truck, not that I would... Too cheap
  12. Today was a day of maintnance love for WhiteOwl, he got his annual safety finally, tire rotation, oil change, complete fluid top off, molested, a burnt out bulb replaced, and a full lube.
  13. Both "generation" wd21s are on the same frame/wheelbase. There's differences between d21s and wd21s though... I forget but I think it's a matter of like an inch or 2 (something minute like that), I'll have to check my FSM when I'm home for measurement specs
  14. Add rails from more racks! It's what the cool kids do!
  15. I use used batteries from stuff we scrap at work ad still get a couple years from them so no brand loyalty here best one I had was a Carquest honestly though.
  16. Mid way through the 1999 model year was the facelift/update to the r50, hence the 1999.5 selection here. The differences are from 1999 to 1999.5
  17. dont forget to pull and clean your blower resistor! http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/topic/7466-how-to-prevent-fire-clean-blower-resistors/
  18. Last time I messed with ball joint spacers was the wife's old 4runner and it was basically unbolt upper ball joint from upper control arm, place spacer between them (so it "sandwiches" the spacer between the arm and ball joint) and bolt back together (longer bolts of course). On the Toyota I did have to slightly trim the arm some though due to a wHierd design on te underside of them and replaced the ball joints while they were off-just because. Was never a big fan of BJ spacers but never had an issue with them on that truck (not to be confused with the many other ones I DID have with that truck) and stacked spacers honesty sounds a little sketchy I my personal opinion.
  19. I always seem to have some actual destination when I see it but there's a guy local with a blade on his 4 door wd21, seen it for a few years so it must serve him well and I know there's a couple HBs running around with blades as well. For small lots and private stuff the smaller things do fine around here but actual money making stuff is more a full size thing locally
  20. random line from song, most likely 80s

  21. Factory set from something else in a shape you like, 'made' to fit to your liking
  22. Technically a subframe drop could be considered a bodylift. All in how you look at it (me defending anything caR50? Something's glitched!)
  23. He's looking for something that forms a little more of a "floor" instead of using the actual roof of the truck as the contact point. If you are handy with a welder (or have a friend who is) something of the pictured design honestly don't look like too challenging of a build. You could even add mounts then for exactly where you want cans/tools located
