  1. He mentioned in the original post that the pics on their website are just generic representations. The pic he posted is what spacers for the R50 look like. And I am sure a lot of members would love to get goodies from Australia, you are a lucky SOB
  2. If you are getting the AC lift I would definitely get the camber bolts. If you are going OME I don't think you will need them. Definitely get the OEM strut bearings, and a new strut mount is worth it as well. It looks like you have everything covered really. As far as the hubs I would personally get them right away, I always got them before I lifted because the improvement in mileage (or kilometerage for you) was something that paid for itself pretty quickly (especially with high gas prices)
  3. looks very nice and sounds like you have some good plans...def. keep us updated
  4. I would be interested to see how you mounted them to the strut and to the truck, as well as just seeing pics of your truck in general!
  5. That does look very nice, the only concern I have with them is that with the current 1" spacers I have I have them sandwhiched between the upper and lower mounting plate so the strut still limits the extension and doesn't put the CV axles under too much stress. It seems like these would do that, which is not a good thing...
  6. eh, im an engineering major, not a geography major...it still made me laugh
  7. Shipping to Antarctica is expensive
  8. Hey Alex, what is your opinion on the Terra Grapplers, the Kumho SAT (their new A/T) and the Wrangler Duratrac? I will be needing new tires for my X rims this summer and want to see if any of the new tires are any good...
  9. STROKE!!! STROKE!!! thanks billy squier
  10. I too kept my bumpstops installed... I would NOT drill out the strut mounting holes, mine kept popping out of alignment and I ended up using one set of the alignment bolts...
  11. Show them a pic of the way the wheel was sitting in relation to the body, I couldn't believe you drove like that...
  12. Hey Ty, I would def. check your info on the tranny, the autos arent good for a lot of power if i remember correctly...
  13. http://npora.ipbhost.com//index.php?showto...t=0&start=0 Check that out for info...of course I am sure the prices have gone up since, but $160 is a bit much I think. I got mine for 100+shipping with all hardware from another user. The reason Fueler has gotten so much for his is because he must be a good salesman.
  14. When Tyler first made them he sold them for $125 with all hardware. It has and will be done again.
  15. I'm sorry, but $160US is wayyy too much, drawings can be found and its easy to make your own if you take the strut off...hell I am considering using the spacers I have and making a CAD drawing...maybe $100 or so is more reasonable...
  16. I would not want to be in that truck, I doubt the springs will move at all...
  17. Is it possible to add more of the disks to increase the breakaway torque? I really want better performance out of my LSD, it seems like it is open
  18. I don't know about alternatives to these kind of things, but I would imagine body filler and repainting will give you the best results...someone who knows more about painting cars could probably give you better insight there
  19. All I have seen is people with rusty holes where the flares used to be...
  20. research them, the idea seems feasible, just they throw out a lot of statements making me think they are full of crap
  21. It is true, if you want peace of mind you can have him check it, but I have seen a couple sources that have removed the intake manifold and saw no power valve screws on their 5 speed
