  1. Thats a BADGE..I like that rear wing deflector though..probably made by GTS :coffee!: To make it Authentic limited edition you had to have an aluminum deflector on there so ill trade you 2 deflectors for the one you have
  2. try cleaning the inside of the hole where the pin slides in..theres probably a lot of dirt inside there. I had a similar problem when I did my 94..theres so much dirt inside those holes where the pin slides in which will offset the caliper which makes it not to go all the way in coz of the darn dirt compacted in the bottom of that hole Try taking the top pin off and try sliding the caliper with the pads to the disc and I can almost assure you itll slide in just fine
  3. I was going to ask last night on the pitman shaft tightness on that manual steering box..Is there an adjustment where it can be torqued to proper tightness? Is that manual steering box pretty much self adjusting? Did you check the play on the pitman arm spinning it 360 degrees making sure its not binding up before it was connected to the center link?
  4. I cant seem to find this kind of pitman arm remover anymore...You guys have any idea where I can get one J 6632-01 Pitman Arm Remover
  5. You could probably take it to a muffler shop or look in the yellow pages for welding fabrication

  8. walmart has goodyear wrangler authority for 135 now but I was told its going on sale for 85 2nd week of may..I think theyre pretty good tires.Thinking of throwing a set on my hardbody..Nice beefy threads.
  9. spray tons of pb on it..its not welded on top or bottom (nut)If you cant get it off with a rachet you sure aint going to get it off with a air rachet..Impact maybe break the nuts with a breaker bar
  10. Wouldnt it be a total of 8 bushings? 2 short uppers (4 bushings) and 2 long lowers (4 bushings)? so for the 14.20 it comes with 4 pieces? Are they all the same sizes too as with the panhard rod bracket?
  11. What category should I look it up under guys?..I might need to replace mine..Looking at rockautos website under SUSPENSION I cant find link bushings
  12. JUST DO IT...YOU KNOW THE SAYING BRO
  13. I believe that adjustment screw is only for pathy equiped with a/c
  14. Looks good under there looks to me that the tbar needs re indexing judging by how the anchor is sitting all the way inside..itll be a good time to replace them boots too...my pathys tbar has been cranked halfway probably but the head on the bolt is still sticking out and i never re indexed it
  15. cool ..Thanks bud.. Im thinking to do the bleeding first then adjust the ebrake
  16. you can do it bro...preparation is the key..not a hard thing to do...do as what adam said What I did on mine was I soaked it with pb probably 2 days in a row.Id spray it in the am then in the pm..now come time to remove it try to loosen up the bolts first while its still on the ground. Loosen it to a point that you know its not going to need a lot of torque and yanking to completely remove it. Me ,I hate loosening up any bolts nuts or what have you while a truck is sitting on jack stands..If you feel that its still hard to turn those bolts just keep spraying pb on it and be prepared to use a breaker bar
  17. It looks like tobys situation is different than edicer though..edicers cup is missing thats why he has to have a bearing cup welded on, tobys cup is still in tact so just needs a tension rod That fix looks great bud
  18. It only cost more coz theyre the ones pulling it but if I can find a discovery at pull and save that I can pull the springs myself it only cost 10 bux per spring Im still giving this a shot and keep you guys posted..been busy lately fixing our upstair bedroom..darn projects never stops..lol

  20. Thanks bud..Thats one of my concerns..I dont have to mess with drilling anything on top of the dash..isnt there also a l;ittle square vent on the controls?
  21. is the sensor built in on the defrost vent ? I can just pull the vent off and have a sensor
