  2. Nice write up. Link to the bumper you used would be great. Sent from my Moto X!
  3. I dont know the 3.0 very well. But i just read a thread where someone got the inline harness for a extra ground for the MAF. Does that apply to yours? Sent from my Moto X!
  4. If you're worried about bad gas. Can disconnect the fuel return line and run it into a large bucket. Turn key to engage fuel pump but dont start and let it push the old gas out into the bucket/container.
  5. Truck looks AWESOME!!!
  6. The "clicking" sound is probably your CVs making a racket. Try to get a good pick of your CV angle. If you have a Android phone. Make sure its signed in to your google account and let it back up the photos online. Easy to link em here. If your camera is giving you fits.
  7. You have to get an adapter for the wiring. Or re wire your speakers completely. Scostche(?) is a brand that makes one. Sent from my Moto X!
  8. Wheels/lugnuts tight? If so, could try swapping fronts to back to see if it goes away from a tire issue. *On the note of CVs. Wasnt there a recent thread of someone having issues with aftermarket CVs compared to OEM?
  9. Jelly of the guys with factory carriers back there. Probably to much hassle to retro fit one.
  10. Most likely caused by the neutral safety switch. Needs to be in neutral to turn key to even try to start. Other wise cuts power to ignition.
  11. Carry a small tape measure with your tools with you.
  12. Throttle body spacers are worthless because of the intake runner length. The only way to gain anything would be a intake spacer between the upper and lower intakes. But increasing the runner length will gain torque. No horsepower gains. Even then it would be minimal at best. The best way would to have the intake spacer made of a non heat transfer material. Such as phenolic block. Again minimum gains. Easy way to understand this is look at the evolution of GMs TPI intakes to LT1 to LS1. The reason the LS1 works so well is because of the efficiency of its heads with the cathedral intake ports matched to the intake. Take a look at the 3.5 intake. With its power valve system. Long runners for torque and cruising efficiency. Opens up for short runner length for HP when needed. Sent from my Moto X!
  13. What you can do right now is use the strut spacers and spring spacers made by members on this forum. Can easy do 2" all around. Sent from my Moto X!
  14. We've officially derailed this thread. *More parts counter stories!!! Any interesting phone calls for parts lately?
  15. Good News; Bad news. I called IronMan USA. A shipment is on the way. Bad News: They vented that their containers seem to be targeted by customs in that at times they are held a extra month or longer before processed.
  16. The one draw back about OME and IronMan coils is that we are at the mercy of shipments from Australia. Which only comes every so often. I think they may only ship em once per quarter. Which sucks. But at the same time, the Pathfinder/QX4 community does seem fairly small compared to others. The only other company that I can think of that might be of some luck is Cruiserparts.net However, I would call them to verify everything. I have heard a few times that they will charge a order, even if its backordered for weeks.
  17. Look up Stoic. His pics are in his build thread I believe. He came up with a slick way to mount it close. Sent from my Moto X!
  18. Hub bore is the correct term. Sent from my Moto X!
  19. Here's a quick pic. I have 200+ lbs in the back behind the seats. Sent from my Moto X!
  20. Ah. Not familiar enough with Canada. Didnt realize that its opposite side of the continent. Sent from my Moto X!
  21. Shipping to me in Miami, Fl was very cheap. Doesn't hurt to call. Especially if your saying that OME were well over $100 more than quoted IronMan cost. Sent from my Moto X!
  22. My vote: Direct fused 10- gauge wire to a marine style fuse block. Example: Click Me!
  23. What grinds my gears about Prius and Leaf owners. First they merge onto the highway doing 25 mph, second they drive 35 mph in the center lane of same highway. While rest of traffic was flowing at 55-60 mph.
  24. Some Toyota rims will fit. Same bolt pattern just have to make sure the bore size is large enough.
