Do you know if the z32 alternator would fit?

There are a few listed as "High Output"

How about a z32 300zx alternator similar to THIS its 120a.

Haven't seen these mentioned but: Magnetic Pickup tool (This has come in very handy when working on the nissan in the garage so why not have it whilst on the tail too) Small mirror (Same as above) Degreaser Anti Seize Arc Welding kit (Refer to ) Service Manual (Mentioned before but it doesn't hurt) Bolt Cutters Bolt extractors File Sandpaper Magnetic tray (To keep all those bolts you may remove in ONE place)

Blinker Fluid

Or use a magnetic/Claw pickup tool

I know that bit but im talking about the filter in the tank because theres two filters (One in the engine bay and one in the tank). I also cant seem to find a replacement one for the tank unless you just wash it out?

Hey sorry to bring up on old topic but as mentioned above there is a fuel filter in the tank also?. Is this for wd21's? does anybody have a picture of this and how hard is it to remove?

That paired with a magnetic pickup tool(not in this case) or a pickup claw comes in VERY handy. Trust me i know...

Actually yeh the wd21 does have a maintenance hatch

You should never run a tank dry. The fuel pump uses the fuel to lubricate its moving parts so if you run it dry your run the risk of burning it out and having to replace the pump. I think there is a maintenance hatch in the cargo area of wd21 pathfinders.

I think OP is worried that the coolant will drain out as soon as he puts coolant in.

Will THIS one work fine or is it better to get the sensors that are around $60.

Not afraid to get a scratched or dented unlike newer model trucks.

Did you have it before the system was removed? If so what kind of differences did you experience?

^This one actually has a section for the tbi vg30i engine used in pre 90's pathfinders and terranos. Too bad the manual only gives basic information like remove "intake manifold" without listing what needs to be unhooked from it. I'm guessing this is just a service manual and a fsm is much more detailed?

Looks like OP made the same mistake when we got our trucks. What seems like a carby is really TBI (Throttle Body Intake) so it has one injector on the throttle body. I suggest going HERE to learn more about the TBI parts.

Did it cost more to get it in black. My one used to be dark blue but the previous owner got it resprayed to black as soon as it hit australia.

Reading online i've only heard bad of Fram. With the draining problem that could just be solved by a relocation kit to mount it vertically and in the engine bay which i plan on doing in the future. I will probably go with a K&N filter with mobil1 synthetic oil.
