  8. pucks will split after a few years. they are made out of polyurethane with a hardnest of 40 with a rubber shell, another alternative is to make molds and use liquid poyurethane called devcon/80, dont get the 90 or your rig will vibrate like a mofo due to it being really hard, i used the this for making solid motor mounts and have made several sets and all have held up one, set was installed in a 800hp camaro, hockey puck were only suggested because it would be the cheaped if you had to buy any items or supplies, devcon cost about 45$ a quart

  11. carfax says it was wrecked twice for a wrecked rig the price it outlandish
  12. slow the wire speed down and maybe a touch more heat and your bead will look better and penetrated deeper, other then that right on bro, seems like the best way would be a replacement floor pan cut from a pathy in a J/Y, hell you wouldnt even need to remove the other stuff bolt to the replacement panel to save time
  13. really nothing to adjust but the idle, any other syptoms ie mpg drop, hard to idle while stopped ect.
  14. drive slow and not all crazy you can air down to about 15lbs
  15. hockey pucks work for diy body lifts

  17. yes go to autozone and get a bottle of uv coolant dye and the light it comes as a kit i believe then get a coolant pressure tester from sears and performe a pressure test hell you may get lucky and actually hear the leak as it starts to push water out if your quiet as you presurize the system
  18. put a load test on the alternator and volt meter ie a "Fluke" if it doesnt change ie voltage go up after a short dip then the regulator is bad and you will need to replace the alt
  19. pressure test the system ftw.... put some uv coolant dye in it and get it mixed in the system the day before then test in the morning when its cold
