carfax says it was wrecked twice for a wrecked rig the price it outlandish

slow the wire speed down and maybe a touch more heat and your bead will look better and penetrated deeper, other then that right on bro, seems like the best way would be a replacement floor pan cut from a pathy in a J/Y, hell you wouldnt even need to remove the other stuff bolt to the replacement panel to save time
-
really nothing to adjust but the idle, any other syptoms ie mpg drop, hard to idle while stopped ect.

yes go to autozone and get a bottle of uv coolant dye and the light it comes as a kit i believe then get a coolant pressure tester from sears and performe a pressure test hell you may get lucky and actually hear the leak as it starts to push water out if your quiet as you presurize the system
-
put a load test on the alternator and volt meter ie a "Fluke" if it doesnt change ie voltage go up after a short dip then the regulator is bad and you will need to replace the alt

i would not use the 4 wheel drive till you get the t case looked at im almost 100% positive that the issue lies in the 4 lo/hi shift fork being bent
-
my guess with out driving the vehicle is a h/l shifting fork in the transfer case got bent, easy fix replace transfer case with working unit hard fix is fixing the bent/fubar h/l shifting fork in the tranny

95 pathy click click but no start!
WarehouseRat replied to Kingsizerob's topic in 90-95 WD21 Pathfinders
it has noting to do with the alarm as there is power getting to the starter solenoid it just not engaging the bendix gear and motor, turning the steering wheel turns attenting that there maybe a issue with ign/switch but im leaning towards the starter itself, if there was a aftermarket alarm you may have a bad conection in the column as stated by others -
austrailian hookers are lots of fun

WarehouseRat replied to Kingsizerob's topic in 90-95 WD21 Pathfinders
take the starter out and bench test it if it fails a bench test replace it if it passes then your problem could be in the ignition switch and have contacts going bad -
Building a custom Cold Air Intake
WarehouseRat replied to Tungsten's topic in 90-95 WD21 Pathfinders
Still take my diy intake of that over priced junk, it uses all the old intake tubing which has all kinds of ribbing which disrupts the flow of air across the throttle plate. You can do the same thing as the pop charger with a maf adapter and a filter for $35, cause thats all you get for $160 all that crap about a venturi lol is a smoke and mirrors to buy there product.
