  1. its what i stock for the repair shop yah it over kill a grade 5 is more then enough a well but really the price difference is small hell even stainless is cheap and they look cool you said tractor lol thats what i call my pathy
  2. you can get weather-tight wire gromet fitting on line makes for a water tight seal cost is less then $10 from fastronix solutions weather-tight fitting link come in packs of 2 one for the front lights and one for the rear lights need to call them to find out price but last ime i got a few it was less then 20 for like 4 different ones
  3. found this seems like they have a few different rack to choose from prices are pretty good, have a host of assesories for the racks ie shovel/ax mounts tire carrier mounts, hi lift mounts and sized cargo nets as well for each rack roof rack link this place also has a bunch of racks for really good prices, im ordering a black widow rack with a fairing for 130 shipped, make my own pedestal mount from some angle stock to the factory rails roof rack link

  5. thats a negative 180sx e-fan motors are not ment to be submerged in water that has sand and mud and rocks in it, alittle water would be ok but add mud or rocks and you got a e-fan motor with no brushes left in it
  6. get a little water in that e-fan and you will be buying a motor when i craps on you on the trail, although you can gain some parisetic power loss in the removale of the clutched fan assembly, you would need to drop the p/s pump and run with an electric pump and delete all belt driven items but the alternator to really see and feel any improvment, years of building engines there is only one type will i use an eletric fan on and thats on a race engine
  7. if you replace the gaskets swap out the screws for hex bolts grade 8 and apply servicable thread locker, no more leaky v/c gaskets, they start to leak because the screws back off and allow oil to pass past the gasket, when the motor has repeated hot and cold cycles the opil breaks down the gasket material and makes it very hard and this is why it will continue to leak because the gasket can not compress and seal any more its hard as a rock and would break if flex in your hands
  8. install calmini lift get a set of slider from Mr510 replace hydro/slack adjusters replace egr valve replace o2 sensor install complete exhaust system including headers figure out why the f'in tach keeps wierdin out, speedo shop says it works fine when they bench test the cluster for 10 miles finish weeding the flower beds in yard spread moss out go buy more chickens, dont laugh chickens are cool as hell and there is more but im sure im forgetting some
  9. i to would like a little more insight to this ecu swap and how it performed and what is entailed in doing the swap
  10. looking at the picture i can tell you that the couplers are too soft and may tear due to poor quality rubber and no re-enforment meshing layered in too the coupler, a good coupler should hold the whole intake up with out bending like it is in the picture, but looks a little longer then mine and may help top-end but no change with the low end torque which we need for off roading and what not
  11. here is my intake i did with some tubing laying in the shop, 2 couplers from oriellys a filter a 4" ford maf adapter and a few different hole saws, had to redrill 2 of the holes in the maf adapter and remove the stock air coffin, coupler cost me 6.99 with clamps, maf adapter was 12.99 with bolts, air filter 24.99, total was $53.89 out the door and it looks better then every other intake i have seen and its not from the plumming section lol, oh yah stillen intake is for 96 and newer pathys i picked up alot of low end torque at least 15-20 f/lbs and 4 mpg even with the cel on lol, v6 sounds pretty nasty when you got your foot in it,i wouldbe willing to wager a bet that it funcions just as good if not better then anything from stillen or jwt, years of tuning and building race motors for a living tells me i was spot on with design and fitment for optimum funtion and performance gains
