I've never gotten plugs pre-gapped correctly out of the box. They've always needed gapping first...and yeah, re-set the ECU and let it re-learn your driving habits for a few days, it should give you results by the end of your first tank of gas.

Brake fluid doesn't usually get dirty per se, but it does absorb water from the atmosphere and that makes it not work as well as new fluid does. Brake fluid is hygroscopic.

Remove the transfer case shifter, cut it, weld in a new piece of tube and bend it to the desired angle. That's pretty much what it takes. The reason body lifts for 91-95's are hard to find is because the rear body mount bolts are different length than the earlier models and those exact bolts are fairly hard to find because of their length and metric size. If someone were to remove one of those bolts, measure it and check it's thread pitch, I'm sure SOMEONE could find replacements and then you could just use a regular body lift with those bolts. That and the radiator probably should be dropped to match the level of the engine fan if you keep the mechanical fan. Mine's got an electric fan, so I don't need to move the radiator.

Not a good idea. The rear end pushes the vehicle up hills and over obstacles, and the overall weight transfer is directed to the rear...which gives you better traction back there. The front end only pulls the vehicle along until it's out of travel and traction, then you're stuck just as if you had no locker in the first place. The only time you get weight transfer to the front end is going DOWNHILL...

You can put 31x10.5's on 6" wheels, but some tire shops don't like to because of liability issues.

O2 sensor, maybe.

Um, replacing the O2 sensor? Nissan factory sensor runs about $130, I scored a generic splice-your-own O2 sensor the other day for $44, we'll see how that works. I'll do a write-up for it.

Military Specifications are the standards by which the US Army goes by as minimum ratings for anything they use. Yeah, sounds like it may be stripped out. Hopefully it stays put and doesn't come flying out when you hit a pothole...I'm sure you can imagine what'd happen to your UCA if that bolt left it's hole while you were driving...At the very least, you'd need a tow truck.

SLR makes those for Frontiers/Xterras only. Click on the picture for more info on their website. I've never looked at mine to see what it'd take, but it may very well be possible.

Only for the VG30E 90-95 crowd...VG30i's in the 87-89's have a circular aircleaner with no way to seal it up for a snorkel. *snif snif*

NGK's. Stick with what works. Platinum plugs don't usually give you any special bonuses, either.

We used to install those police teardrop spots in our bucket trucks for nighttime work. They're easy as anything to put in, but you have to drill about a 5/8" - 3/4" hole through the front pillar...

Yes, a 3" body lift will give you plenty of clearance for your wheels, as long as you stick to 31's.

Um, if the bolt is still in the hole, how do you know it's broken or stripped out? Does it rotate without much force, or are you unable to rotate it at all, or does it have a broken-off head, or what? More detail, please. A pic would be nice.
