MOOG parts are made by the "Three-Five Company" in Japan, same company that makes a lot of other generic and off-brand parts like TRW.
Overall, I've never seen any tie rods that are better or worse than the stock units, except for price. They're pretty much all the same and have the exact same design. Only difference is that some come with grease zerks, which allows you to make a nice greasy mess out of your steering knuckle and centerlink after they get greased.
Basically, new tie rods are new tie rods. If the MOOG ones come with some sort of warranty, then feel free to get those. Me, I'm just going to run with the Ebay bargain brand and not worry about it. Shoot, 4 for $57 shipped is unbeatable by ANY auto parts store or dealership.
