ya, its pretty easy to figure out. basically pull every vacume line and canister off on the engine (expet for a couple necessary ones. by by charcol canister, by by egr, by by aiv bull@!*%..

if you don't have air care, get rid of ALL that crap.
-
not sure dude, all 3 of mine were / are bad. maybe take it to somebody that can put a real machine on it and not just run the codes.
-
thats why i susgested it. seams to work well for you, and a few others that are running a simliar setup. but the hurdle for an R50 is the steering. It would not be too hard with leaves, but with coils it will be difficult. Your coil bucket, or coil over mount will interfere with the "new" steering box. But with leaf springs, there is nothing to contend with execpt a little shock mount, that can be moved aft it necessary.

AIV (air injection Valve) this adds air during idle to lower your CO emissions, (makes it run leaner) AIV solenoid 60 bucks AIV switch 60 bucks AIV box.. no longer available. unless you go to a junk yard. and they aren't any better.

well, i have replaced my slave once. and it took all of 2 min to blead it.. I only did it at the slave, no place else and it works fine. soooo.... I don't have alot of helpfull info. but i would try benche bleading the master.

If your on a budget, get some waggy 4404's up front and some bronco springs in the back. good to go. Make sure you make or buy a pan hard drop bracket for the rear.
-
the other thing is, if you went completely out of oil, you might need to bench bleed your master cyl.
-
hot wire your coil to eliminate the posibility of the coil being bad. run a hot wire directly to the power side of your coil from teh battery, try to start, if it starts, check wires. if no start, coil. I know you said you changed it, but a cracked case could be arcing still.

Nissan Pathfinder $1.85 million lawsuit verdict will stand

crumple zones did as they were designed to.. absorb the impact. -
no, it clearly shows that the 2 stage shackles opened up and let the springs sag down. they are not "flexed" at all.
-
for balmer, I bet his is the AIV.. mine does the same, and that is the problem according to my local "expert" and it won't pass air cair either because of it.
-
this is the truest statement in this entire thread.
-
BS that shackle setup is what lets it flex that way, and those are horrible. They have bad unloading caracteristics. leaves = axle wrap and lead to wheel hop coils don't do either. everybody that says leaves can be set up just as good as coils and links are off their rocker. If you don't believe me, look around to every "serious" offroad rig, they all go to coils sooner or later.

Maybe we should sue the counties / states that salt the road for increasing the risk of frame rust. Why would you put a chemical that is corrosive to steel on the road. Class act lawsuit I say. My 87 does't have a spec of rust on it. -
mines an 86.5..

Alternator bet if she pays attention, it will happen a few min after she turns non the "last accesory" Start with battery connections as stated, then go to the alty

they dyna beads from innovative balancing will fit through the valve. /Air soft will not. its easy to pop them off the bead. place highlift jack on tire next to wheel. engage highlift to bumper of truck, jack until it comes off. It it pulls away and not pop off, hit it with a big hammer. poor in beads, air up tire.. done.

If you did it again, what would you do?

but check out inovative balancing, its a better system and cheaper. You don't have to use there expensive beads though, all you have to do is go to the innovative balancing website, and check how much weight you need for each tire. then go buy Airsoft pellets. i run 10oz in each of my DIY beadlocks and they are good at 55-60mph. and before i could barely keep it on the road.

it indead does go to the charcol canister, on the purge side. I pulled my air cleaner filter assembly off and checked. so if you don't have your evap canister, it just needs to be plugged.

I believe you mean to say that a suspnsion lift improves your break over angle. this is true. but does not change the relationship between the ground and your differential. on the ifs section yes (unless you run something like the trailmaster 4" lift) -

although agree that a suspension lift is better than a body lift. a suspension lift does nothing to improve obstacle clearnace. It only allows you to have more travel (sometimes) and the ability to run larger tires which give you more clearance. -
If somebody doesn't confirm today, I'll look tonight when i get home.

I think your right, I can look under the hood of my rig tonight and check.
