What plugs did you use? Also what brand of wires did you use? Did they seat tight against the plugs? Also I would wiggle all the sensor connectors while its running to see if it makes a difference, You could have moved something by accident, or hit it with your elbow.

I know that the 4wd version will bolt right in (I have one) but I don't know about the 2wd. I would think it would.

It is 5/16". Fairly common hose you can buy anywhere.

The fsm says it has to flash more than five times in ten seconds. So yea pretty fast.

No it should be 2 black and a white or vice versa. You dont need to cut anything

The connector is under the hood, there is a little "Tree" of connectors on the passenger side, you'll find the 3 wire o2 sensor connector there.

Probably the contacts for the gauge are loose. You can take the cluster out and tighten the screws that provide the ground (there are like 20 on the back of the cluster). Also make sure the connectors are well seated.

Check the coolant temp sensor, that can cause a no start when warm.

You don't need the pump, just the sending unit which that thing is a part of.

Moog is good stuff. I have never bought beck arnley but mevotech is junk. For the centerlink I would grab the grassroots one if you can. If you plan on doing any wheeling with the lifted suspension it will wear stock ones out real quick! Honestly I went through like 4 of the moog ones!

If its just going to be a landscaping vehicle I say just screw some sheetmetal over the holes and cover it with seam sealer. Not pretty but it works, and cheap for a work truck. It's what I ended up doing to my old rig when I just used it for that kind of stuff in the end. Being in canada I have dealt with far worse rust.

Try unplugging the o2 sensor and see if it runs better. If it does, you know what the problem is.

Sounds like your fan clutch is stuck on. I just replaced mine not too long ago because of this. I swear I gained almost 10hp and a few mpg back. Bought a hayden one off of rock auto, cost about 40 dollars.
