  1. From the text he sent me on Christmas eve, it says he hit snow and it rolled. Must have been a snow bank.
  2. My 93 had the same issue. Turned out to be the dimmer switch, for interior lights at least. When you moved it you could hear crackling
  3. http://autofetchonline.carsite.com/index.c...tory_id=2637918
  4. Why would you want to go smaller? I got better gas mileage with my 31's even.
  5. I have Monroe sensa trac's in the front of my pathy and it rides and corners pretty good now. The Monroe-matics are the cheap econo ones I believe, I don't know anything about them
  6. I haven't burned out on dry pavement but on wet roads I can spin it good when pulling out of an intersection. My pathy did it easier with good tires than my friends 305 sierra with worn good year ultra grips.
  7. I think a FULL tune up is required on this truck...do it soon before you waste a crap load of gas and/or it completely dies on you. Just a thought, has the timing belt ever been changed on that thing?
  8. I agree, my 95 is amazing in the snow, just today my friend wanted to show me where he was going to have his bonfire party, and we had to take an old (read never plowed) farm road. The snow drifts were 3 feet high in some spots, put her in 4x4 and she plowed right through it! Prginocx, I live in Canada and it gets pretty darn cold here, like -20 is the norm in January. I let the pathy run for 5 mins in the driveway to get the oil circulating, then I drive her easy until it reaches full temperature. By the time I'm out of my neighborhood, the heater is blowing pretty hot. I also have a "winter front" on my truck which keeps the heat in better.
  9. Why won't anyone do it? If all the parts are new it must be a camber adjustment...or some other adjustment.
  10. did you get an alignment after replacing the steering parts?
  11. Mine also did this, the wire on mine actually ended up being broken.
  12. I have a "winter front" on my pathy and it keeps the heat in quite well, warms up in about half the time!
  13. I didn't check but maybe it is in one of these? http://www.nissanforum.com/recalls-and-tsb...ar_1995/TSB.htm Oh here you go:
  14. I remember reading on here somewhere, that when if the starter went, you could park the rear wheels on those cement parking blocks, and roll of that to start it. That is what I did with my moms rodeo when the starter died on it while I was 40 miles from home.
  15. Check the ecu for codes, it will have stored one, there is a thread in the garage to show you how. Good luck
  16. I would say that either you have a short somewhere, or the motor is simply done. How long do they work for before the fuse pops, if they even work at all? My rear wiper did this when the motor finally died.
  17. My buddy had a car, and it started doing this and it turned out to be the fuel pump, and it took a week to order the part, and he needed the car, so he would lightly tap on the access door under his rear seat with a hammer. I guess for him it wore out to the point where the pump would stick. I am NOT suggesting you hit your truck with a hammer!
  18. This is kind of how mine acted when a wire on my maf sensor started to intermittently stay connected. I don't know TBI very well, is it just a fuel injected carb? When its running can you rev it up ok? Like can you rev it up to like 2500 and hold it steady there and is it smooth?
  19. Markham? That means you'll be passing through here, feel free to stop by!
  20. Maybe a clogged up catalytic converter?
