Sounds like either bad connections or a dead battery. When mine died I got nothing, except the clock that is on the dash, that was the only thing that was working.

Actually it wasn't the windshield it was where the plastic clip things that hold the screws for the trim go. The water dribbled into there and would cause me all sorts of grief. It started right after the new windshield was installed, the shop fixed it no questions asked.

What the hell are you doing to wear out the belts so fast. Are your pulleys misaligned or something. I still have the belts I put on the truck 4 years ago and they are fine.

I had the same problem with the speed sensor it turned out to be a leak in the windshield messing up the wiring but it had the same symptoms, the truck would be humming along fine, then the cruise would stop and blink, and I'd get a CEL. Maybe you have a loose connection under there.

If you don't keep up on greasing things, or buy cheap parts, or live in the salt belt, these all can add up to faster wear.

Mine doesn't have one, and I do not have any alternator whine through the stereo.

The r50 pulley is different from the wd21 pulley. The r50 one only has 2 holes.

This^^^ I am willing to bet someone put the wrong fluid in or didn't fill it up all the way, it happens all the time. When I took my dads to get the oils change I took it to 3 different places before I found one that knew what I was talking about when I said gl5=death.

Yeah check the vacuum hose, though, when mine leaked, it would just not hold higher speeds. Like, you'd set it to 110 and it would slowly lose speed then the computer would drop it out of overdrive and still go no where lol.

Probably could, and that is retarded that rock auto sells only 15 gallon tanks. I know mine is 21 because I drove from Kitchener to ottawa one time with a flaky o2 sensor and when I got home it took 78 liters which is 20.6 gallons. Scary!

It says in the owners manual of the 95 that it is 21 gallons (80 litres). Enough said.

Your tank is 21 gallons, all wd21s are. The chilton haynes manuals are stupid and only useful as fire starting material.

I also have a full set of frame patch templates ( both outsides from the body mount back, behind the panhard bar, the bottom from the spring perch back, and also the template for the bumper mount bolt holes.

I have the same axle (cardone from rock auto) and it has held up pretty well so far, it's been in there about a year, the boots seem tougher than the oem ones.

With the 31's mine could easily do 90+mph and I did 80 on a regular basis with the cruise set. Though I have all new suspension parts lol. The highest I've taken it with the 33's is 75 and it held and rode great. I've done a full tune up, replaced all my vacuum lines, fresh oil, filter, air filter, fuel filter, cleaned the throttle body, and it is running great. It doesn't feel like a total slug anymore. The vacuum lines made a pretty big difference, I never could find an actual leak but all the hoses were cracked where they slide on so I think there were probably some teeny tiny holes that I couldn't find, and all that building up dragged the engine down.
