  1. No! We must start another thread to show off!
  2. Yeah, just see what all systems they check and report back with those codes.
  3. Usually P07xx codes. If the lights on, there is a code somewhere. Cheap code readers mostly will only read engine codes.
  4. What all systems does your code reader read? May be transmission codes.
  5. Hmmm, seems a small package arrived yesterday with my name on it......
  6. Well, gift purchased, packaged and shipping out today(about an hour to be exact) via UPS(hope it makes it in one piece). May or may not get there before Christmas.
  7. If your radiator is cracked, you want to be careful it hasn't contaminated the A/T fluid. This happened on many 05-06 frontiers, xterras and pathfinders. This will take out your trans! There is a known TSB and warranty extension for affected vehicles. I'm not saying this is what you have going on, just be cautious.
  8. Meh, no one was around me. I took it without looking.
  9. Anyone running a flow master 40 series? Some unlucky individual left behind a brand new one in a old crx that was traded in. Was curious how it sounds on our rigs.
  10. I forgot to add Tire deflators! Anything for going offroad is cool to! Ok, I'll stop now.
  11. Ok, I guess I could be a bit more specific. You would be my best friend if you found me a sunroof shade(and clips). My generic hi-lift decided to loose some pins that hold it together, so a new Hi-lift would be cool. I've wanted to add some kind of lighting for quite some time now, so lights would be cool. I wouldn't mind trying the Sylvania silverstar headlight bulbs, or swapping some LED bulbs into my factory fog lamps. Again, I ain't choosy. I like new stuff, old stuff, stuff I can refurbish and even stuff that I can't get here in my neck of the woods. I gotta say, I'm excited to participate this year!
  12. Beer. Car stuff(obviously Nissan, but I'm open)- new stuff or old. I'm cool with being totally surprised also
  13. Yes. I have worked on several of them. Now find a red Altima. That's not easy.
  14. My rear window decal was a gift from a family member who had it made. If you want stickers, go here... http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/topic/22171-stickers-decals/
  15. Sorry..........it took me a minute to get the bus to roll off me.... Yes, I'm in.
  16. Stuffed mushrooms Yeah, it's really easy. Basic, but delicious! 1 lb of hot sausage( I like jimmy dean, but your choice) 1 8 oz cream cheese 1 5oz container of shredded Parmesan cheese(founf in the specialty cheese section) Mushrooms( button mushrooms- as my wife calls them), as many as you want. I fill a bag, several handfuls. Clean mushrooms and remove stems.. Brown sausage on medium heat, drain fat if needed.. Once sausage is browned, add cream cheese and mix together with sausage.. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. I usually cover the top, but not use a whole container.. (Yes, I used shaved Parmesan as we accidentally purchased the wrong container) Reduce heat to low and Mix cheese in until gooey and what I would call stringy... Remove from heat and set near mushrooms. Use spoon to scoop up sausage mix and fill gutted mushrooms... Fill a cookie sheet lined with foil(to catch runoff). Either cover and store, or bake at 375 for about 15 minutes or until mushrooms start to shrivel a little, or mixture is browned and bubbling. Let cool 5 or so minutes, then enjoy!
  17. http://youtu.be/A6XUVjK9W4o One of my favorites after watching too may fail compilations.
  18. When you consider getting a new vehicle and realize it's basically the same thing you already have(xterra).
  19. Sounds like something is wrong. My rig does not use 3/4in thick washers, that I remember. Matter of fact, I just went out and looked and I have two small shims in each rear bolt, and none on the front. I remember when I did my alignment, I had slight negative camber, but not enough that creates any issues. Now, there is also the issue of your tie rod ends. After I installed the Grassroots centerlink, my camber continued to improve. Have you done a base toe setting yet? I would of started with the factory shims in first, then align from there. Good alignment shops should have the nissan shims handy.
  20. I would also be helpful to know what the measurements are, to know what needs adjusted, and how much.
  21. How far do you have the torsion bars cranked? Adjusting them(and possibly reindexing) just a bit may help with your camber issue
