Why would you try home depot ?? Stock filter is $28 at the dealership (some might try charging up to $50 - because the salesmen make comission - ignore these fools) Also, I believe that some R50's didnt have a filter and that its possible to cut open the housing. The instructions with the OEM filter say something about this.

If you're OK with bose, then go for it. XM radio hardwired to Bose will sound just like a CD in your bose. I prefer Sirius channels but XM is good too! good luck!

A factory XM kit can sound only as good as your stock headunit. Yes, it will sound clear and digital w/ no static, and clutter free in your car, but stock headunits are an item that always needs to be replaced if you want any decent sound.

i didn't read that, but i suggest you find the fog light relay, find it's replacement at radio shack, open it, and sauter a wire to the relay lead (the one that controlls whether relay open or closed) and then hook that wire up to a positive source that is only on when your car is on (so you don't accidentally leave the fogs on) -- because your fog lights are not hooked up to the door chime. The relayshould hopefully have a diagram on top of it. If not, i'm sure somebody here can help you.

heheh you gotta love those broken ODO's my buddy loves hondas and he always opens his gauge clusters and unplugs the ODO so the car stays low mileage for good resale value. Think about that next time you buy a car from a shady character.

maybe YOU can't, but anything can be done with the right amount of time and/or money. People swap out manual climate controls out for electronic ones, yeah you have to replace the heater core and do a days worth of wiring but i've seen it done. Same thing with clusters. I've seen 92 honda civics (manual cluster) with an S2000 cluster (full digi) and it takes maybe 20 hours of work but it's possible with nothing but wiring....

I believe the same years fit, the problems arise when fitting 2 different years. I believe 96-01 wheels are not compatible with 02-05. but this is not confirmed.

I wouldn't expect any less from such a money-hungry company like AC! I bet their cost for those bumpers is around $500 !!

I dont know. Its hooked up to a "boost sensor" and then splits, one split going to the underside of the intake manifold, and i can't clearly tell where the other goes. Brake booster? Crankcase ventilation? Cruise control? Either way, it's a vacuum line of some sort and it wasn't meant to be plugged up.

Is that the upper hose?

Very soon, that filter will look just like the rest of that engine (maybe worse). You might as well just put a sock over the end of your intake tube, it might be safer and more HP.

If you buy the parts yourself, expect to pay around 150 If you have the work done, expect to pay a total of $500-$600 (a mechanic also gets the parts for way less than 150 but its the labor thats costs money)

I too have a vibration in my steering wheel. I've replaced the rims, the tires, front struts, packed the wheel bearings, and aligned it. I have a feeling it's warped brake rotors from the way the vibration gets stronger when i'm on the brakes but a vibration exists all around from 50mph and up. I have brand new rotors chillin' in the garage but no time or $$ to install... good luck with your wobbles, all. Shakey steering wheels absolutely disgust me and i want to get rid of it.... anybody else have any ideas? like ball joints or tie rod ends?

Yes, O2 simulators are popular with modded imports where the person either can't or doesn't want to buy ana ftermarket ECU. There are no aftermarket ECU for pathfinder so O2 sim is the way to go.
