It's funny.. because now would be the perfect time to pick up a cheap Pathy with the way gas prices are.... :idea:

At $3.40 a gallon for diesel here right now.. it doesn't work out very cheap. Find me a bush ANYWHERE in California (besides someones front yard), the only water is coming from someones hose pipe, and I will maybe agree.. and the diesels I am talking about are your Rams, Duramax and F-350's... that's the only diesel folks drive around here.. anything smaller won't haul too many horses or cows.... :gossip: I just cut down on my driving really... get all the errands done in one run instead of 3... don't make trips when you really don't have to go.... and instead of driving the 100 yards to the gas station for smokes.. WALK.. *raises hand in guilt*

Was surfing to no avail when I was looking for info on pathys.. being as I had never heard of one before I got this one.. and wanted to know more.. I bought it because it suited my needs and I have had very reliable Nissans b 4.... and here I have been for the past year. Ahhhhhh.. *puts feet on table* feels like home!

Me too.. plus the fact that diesel is more expensive than gas right now.. and I hate that icky black smoke and the constant rattle of a diesel...not to mentin the power loss... -bounce- *hugz her pathy and reassures it that we will get through this gas crisis*

I have 2 x 4x6's in the front doors and 2x 6x9's in the back over the fender well.. with 2x 12's in a fully removable box behind the back seat, Earthquake EQ in the glove box and 2 amps bolted to a baord attached to the back seats so I can still fold the seats down

I went with a K & N filter.. Pathy's like to breathe... and it helped. I can't run an open filter in cali.. I have seen Pathys fail smog tests before.

How old is your radiator cap?

I can unlock all my doors manually.. but when I use my remote (had alarm installed with remote to arm alarm and open/close locks) NOTHING. My central locking just will....not.....work anymore. It came back fro 3 days about 6 weeks ago.. but has been dead since then.. and it's really pissin me off.... :X

When I get the money together.. I too will be goin with the Kumho MT's as well. they have a superb rating overall.. and the tire rack had them on sale a bit back for $86 each for 31x10.5x15's

If you look @ the second pic.. to the top left of the pic, you will see some orange..that is where the Y pipe meets the header.... (I am a great believer in sealing the piss out of everything) I have other pics taken from the top of the motor..I think b 4 I put the valve covers back on.... I can post those if ya want? or..if there's something specific you want to see.. I can zip outside n snap a few pics..no biggie.
