From everything you have said, you hold all the cards. Go to court, get your truck without paying and make him pay for your costs. Have a nice day. B -
Decal on switch worn, wonder what it's for

Fog lights it is... Haven't had any for a while. Sorry about your dog ! B -
The Z24 motor is ultrareliable and has the power output somewhere between an electric toothbrush and Dremel. I drove 1 for 10 years in a 720 Kingcab 4x4 and that was slow. If it is your off road rig, the Z24 should work out just fine. I prefer finess anyway. Just don't plan on winning any races or pulling people out of ravines... B

I'm pretty sure thats for your rear glass defroster... B -
As long as you keep her rolling, I'm guessing 30 mph+, you will be fine. Stopping will be trouble as even sitting at a long light you will watch the temp rise. Pay attention and use your brain, you should be fine. Enjoy your trip ! B

Are you talking about the front splines ?? When I indexed mine, I found I had to loosen the 3 bolts for the front sockets. Once I did that and they were not binding any more, they damn near fell out... B

Damn, leave it to the enginerds !! I never would have thought of that, and I can imagine the results !!! I do understand SS, I'm certainly not rich !! My point is that it doesn't cost THAT much, and even if you have to go without for a while due to $, are you going to have one installed when you have the $ ? Thats the pivot point between understandable and... B

I believe that the issue with stock shocks when you crank T-bars and/or do a spring lift is that they can top out and limit articulation. Thats probably more for for people who tackle the hard stuff and remove sway bars , etc. For 'normal' driving and off roading, it shouldn't be an issue. If you install a BL you need taller shocks; dont forget to add any suspension lift to the length/travel. That said, I'm going to try to get all that info in one place... B

I love that last line friend. I also have a wierd off and on speedo problem, but mine just likes to read 32mph... Sometimes it does it, sometimes not. I haven't figured out any cause or relation, but then I have been lazy and not looked too hard, yet. I'll keep you advised of anything I learn. B

Yep, thats pretty much what I got 1/2 way done doing yesterday before I had to install better software and my printer ran out of ink... Good job ! Thanks derogate... B

Do you have rear disk or drum brakes ? If it is drum, are the shoes adjusted properly ? How old are they ? Could there be anything interfering with the hand brake cables ? The light flickering could just be the indicator switch loose or needing adjustment. That is at the base if the hand brake assembly on the drivers side. The fact that the ABS does it at the same time makes me thing it is something else though unless the ABS light comes on any time you engage the hand brake. Could it possible be the fluid level ? Do you notice any drag from the rear brakes ? Do they get unusually hot ? B

Unless you have something stuck between the rotor and shield, it could only be something in the hubs or the bearings. I'm not sure what could make that noise in the hubs so I'm thinking bearings maybe. Not good if they make audible noise... When is the last time they were repacked/replaced ? Hopefully it just something stuck behind the rotor. Good luck Bud. B

Yeah, I almost went into economic hardship scenario... Ok, how about you are a$$ in my book if you remove it without valid reason (and do not replace it when possible) or pay $ for a system (expecially an exotic one) that purposely excludes it. Fair enough ? That said, you going to put one in when you are caught up with things ??? "No" "A$$" B

I second the 'look for other places'. The center if the diff just may be where it is collecting. To try to isolate, find any area on the motor that seems to be weeping/leaking. Take a rag and clean below the leak as well as possible (some brake cleaner can help) then use a wire brush (screw driver in a pinch) and try to get most of the crud off. That way a leak will run and leave a trail, rather than difuse and blend in. You need to find the true source first, its worth the effort. B

Agreed Dowser. Problem is that so many Americans are far more concerned with image, bragging rights and their desires than with things like social responsibility and environmental protection much less cause and effect. It's not entirely their fault though; The Shrub has been denying global warming and it causes, cutting regulation standards (mainly for industry) and trying to allow the same access to previously protected areas. Wait, it is their fault, they voted for him... No wonder a country with 5% of the world population is the biggest polluter. There is a reason that high flow cats exist. Anyone that doesn't have one on their car is a$$ in my book. If you want flames coming out of the pipe, well, not like I can stop you, but don't get pissed when I wire an M80 to your pipe. Now THAT would be funny !! B

Exactly, why do you think my GF wears glasses ?? So she can take them off... B

Yeah, the other day in a parking lot I saw a hottie driving a nice WD21SE. It looked stock, but clean and sitting nice with AT or MTs. She slowed down and checked me out (as I was doing the same, LOL). Just after I went by, she stopped and sat there for no apparent reason. I ALMOST turned around to flirt and give her a spare sticker, but figured I had best not do that... I remember the truck and will keep an eye open for it. Ripe for a flier if you ask me !! B

Yeah, do the rear passenger, rear driver, front passenger, front driver. Rule of thumb is farthest first. I just flushed mine 2 weeks ago, the brakes are more firm and bite harder. One warning, the reservoir splits about 1/2 way down. That means at that point, it drains 2x as fast. I sucked air in the MC twice doing the first wheel before I payed enough attention to figure out why. No problem after that. Just be patient and keep that MC topped off. Remember, if you suck air on the last wheel, you get to start over at the farthert bleed point again. Theoretically just either the front or back, but I like to be cautious with the brakes... B
