No price yet.. The material still has not arrive (I see it being released from custom). I'm shooting for mid 200ish for the lower ones and low 200ish for the uppers... Obviously the lower one requires a tad more work (with the uhmw and threaded holes), but at least shipping should not be too much because of the material used... but again, I'm using 2Inch bar and not tube... so I have no idea of the weight for now... I finally bought an old beater Volkswagen diesel to commute to and from work so I can work on the pathy. No more repairs and try to fit stuff at night or on weekends... I can now dismantle and leave it like this while I go work with the other... Just got it tonight.. 46mpg... that's gonna be good on my pocket (compared to 15 with the pathy!)

Yes.. Both the upper and lower will be adjustable a good 1-1.5 inch.

Tks.. I guess in some case, the adjustement will need to be done with one link unbolted... )... by the way anyone knows the center to center measurement of trailing arms (upper and lower) for other pathfinder platform ?

Just a small update on my special links (trailing arms).. The design is finished and the material is on it's way... Here's a few pictures of the lower ones... The will be made from T6 6061 Aluminum BAR.... yeah...not hollow...solid bar of aluminum ! No welding, and ends machined to receive a Heim Chromoly joint with nylon and kevlar lining good for 28,000lbs of static load.. fully adjustable on the truck because of left and right hand threads. To top it up, they will have an UHMW plastic skid under to absorb the rocks hit. So , chromoly joints, aluminum bar, Stainless steel bolts... No price yet.. I will have real pictures and the weight of these babies soon...

If I remember good, someone else here had something similar... The truck would also be easier to start when it's was cold compared with when it was hot. If you have witnessed the same thing , then his problems was related to a bad coolant temp sensor. This sensor is being used to determined (along with the o2), the mixture of fuel/air. Or else, I would lean on the maf side... but it would greatly help if you could see the status of your sensors with some kind of software.. I use this one : http://www.scantool.net/scanxl-pro.html and it has paid itself many times... might be worth it for you if getting just the codes costs you 150 $ !!

I,m gonna have something to sell in a few weeks that will be worth it concerning the links... stay tuned...

Because the sfd kit comes with it's own set of strut spacers. 3 inches I beleive.. So he will not need the 1 inch ones.

I guess out of phase means unbalanced... I suppose your shop did not mark the position of the driveshaft before removing it...(that's pretty amateur)... I guess you're stuck with a balance job at a driveshaft specialised place ? good luck...

The spacers will be usable with any combination of coils really. Even those who want to gain clearance with the stock coils. It will be an alternative to ac springs that are costly. Not everyone offroad at the same level of intensity. Some only want to be able to fit bigger tires or do easy to moderate trails. With a set of easy to install and cost effective lift option , they will be able to do this. For my truck, yes I will be installing them on top of the ac lift. For the beginning, the spacers will be available in 1" format. Soon to be followed with .5" increments to enable everyone to dial to their likings, the exact amount of lift they want. You never know.... to give you an example, I will also be doing aluminum skids for 1st and second gen xterra... I have the trucks booked already for the first look... so it's not impossible... I just need to be well organized with the web site and my partner so that it can go smooth and I can still do my day job... I,m working hard on this...

runnig 1.25 inch on my rig... The big thing with aluminum spacers is torque... do not overtorque them and they will not move... tight them too much and you will actually compress the aluminum.. I do mine at 100 ft/lbs religiously and they've been good to me.

the sfd actually bring the half shaft back to near oem position... it's more for those who lifted with ac spring and spacers....
