  1. 18 bones for the correct one new? I wouldn't bother trying to make something else work for that!
  2. Requires purchasing bagels and not eating them
  3. I can throw a bagel to a higher top speed than a wd21
  4. Hey, a little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men
  5. He hasn't logged back in yet. Patience is a virtue, etcetera etcetera, Memo bis punitor delicatum!
  6. Only time I don't use a torque wrench on a wheel is if it's on the back of my flatbed (read: no tires touching ground) on its way to the crusher. I've seen enough "I know it's tight" types lose wheels over not taking 2 minutes of patience.
  7. Hub diameter would be my primary concern, I believe a couple members here used later model wheels (colbywan I believe used frontier wheels on a wd21 and had to bore them some, and I don't remember off hand who it was that had s/c xterra wheels on a r50, or if they had issues)
  8. condolences to friends and family, hummacycle accident takes another one
  9. That and the invisible clutch when you're in an automatic...
  10. Bypassing instead of replacing? You must be ASE certified! (calm down it's just a joke, as was my previous comment, though there are a few threads that a search of the word "interlock " will bring up and have given you the needed info as well )
  11. How are your torsion bars set up front? If one is overly cranked/sagged it will make the whole truck sit at an awkward angle.
  12. ^ there's your answer in the nicest plainest way possible without people screaming 'search'
  13. I've told the whole 1 person I know with a r51 to make sure he does something about his to keep it together last summer. This will serve as a reminder to make sure he listened (and if not I'll just do something myself. I don't want to put a transmission in it). Thanks brother brother!
  14. More info on why I would purposfully cause more exhaust leaks may be found in the poho thread
  15. WhiteOwl got a bath today, some of my fishing equipment loaded in, and a couple counter clockwise turns on the bolts coming off the Y-pipe into the exhaust for a temporary reminder of who will have the last laugh (didn't want to fumigate myself completely removing the exhaust, try to save most of what's left of my brain cells)
  16. Whats 65mph? Now I'm curious, might have to hop on Rt8 after work...
  17. A factory one is only a matter of drilling a couple holes and running wires. Even lining up ain't a big deal as the cover has the roofs body line in it. The strait wing even fits over it if you have a wing (very old pic, I have the correct wing on right now)
  18. Think They lost ambition over FB due to having Peter Oliver-Henry, as I phased away from giving a dam about it they seemed to lean towards him being their focus of interest in posts/pics (don't blame them either)
  19. http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/topic/37880-brakes/ No need for multiple of the same question. One thread will suffice.
  20. Yea, was on my phone and too lazy to hunt down the username. Figured you'd pop in though seeing there was a previous thread on what's now your truck
  21. New owner is signed up/member here, circle of life.
  22. X2 on checking the control arm bushings (last time I had a similar noise it was a tennis ball rolling around in the back of my truck). I have seen rear bushings on similar setups (not on wd21s as their ain't many left around here) cause thinks and vibrations (have to figure if that bushing is moving, te rear end has some extra movement as well). Solve all your problems, cut the converter off!
  23. With the NPORA resource, stuff will be available for a wHile
