  1. Are you trying to reply into for sale threads that are in their '45-180 days since last post' of closed but readable threads? That or maby dispute ones that have limite access
  2. I never rout a wheel on withOUT a torque wrench and suggest anyone to do so PROPERLY, though people who rely on impacts and the german torque spec do help keep my fridge shelves covered. For your noise in the wheel, once you tried taking the wheel off and the lugs bound, were you able to get them back to actual tight again?
  3. I've pulled odometer tumblers out and changed them to match my actual registered mileage on donor clusters. It requires patience to get it right and if OCD is an issue, you may end up a little screwy as I can never get the numbers to sit perfectly in line with each other.
  4. Has the gear in the Transfercase for the speedo been changed to your knowledge? Might be worth pulling it and seeing what gear you got compared to what you should have. I believe there was a chart made up somewhere for tire size+gearing=which speedo gear you need (and I belive they are all available through Alkorahil). As for the other speedo issue, may I suggest becoming secure with your sexuality and finding a likeminded gentleman anytime you feel like going out the grape smugglers?
  5. Exactly, any further conversing about it should be left to PMs. As stated, if you have a problem win the date a thread was created/posted in last, there is no need to make a post about it (especially adding nothing to the actual topic at hand). Feel free to pm me if you don't agree with me as it is MY outlook and not necessarily a group census and we can civilly talk about it/ discuss our views either way without cluttering the boards. Or did you mean the much smaller part of my post where I expressed that I like the OPs current bumper?
  6. Is it wrong how much I enjoy my one of my pet peeves (pointless "omg zombie thread! posts) just got made completely invalid? Good reason those comments should be kept to oneself. Remember NPORA LIKES people who search stuff. You don't like the last date of a post, your browser has a back button, we have a mod team that can deem if a post shouldn't be. That being said, I must say that I DO like what the current setup is on there
  7. I've plugged worse and lasted till the tire was bald/dryrotted They make plugs that are also patches if you have fears of repairs. They work great as well.
  8. Negative, non-factor carrier trucks have no markings or bracing in the quarter panel for one to be added. You have to either buy a set of scavenge a set from a donor (as someone who scavenged, I suggest just buying). Where the plates above the bumper mount are there though. Sorry OP, I added a stock carrier and currently have no rear bumper as my 93-95 one fell off
  9. http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/topic/37876-nissan-pathfinder-service-manuals-owners-manuals-and-parts-catalog-software/?do=findComment&comment=717133 Pinned in the garage section
  10. it's only true nunya if you had coffee close at hand, mumbled about chasers, and pretended to care what someone else is saying...
  11. Never thought you did, I'm not exactly on a pressured time table here, still have plenty of other parts of the project to work on as well. If I decide to offload them, (or find a second set of either the guards and/or the covers) I'll make sure to notify you
  12. Wd21 guards block the hole for the pin to hold the spare tire carrier from swinging at you when open. The genius in me finally realized today it will work if you stick the pin through the bottom of the hinge (may not work with a rear bumper attached to vechile )
  13. 1 U.S. gallon of high quality pre-owned gasoline, moved the plate bracket up high on the tire carrier, and a quick trip around town. I really have to get motivated to start throwing parts at him and be street legal again
  14. I have a brand new set of 265/75/15s sitting/waiting to be mounted. Side by side with a 31x10.5 it looks a hair narrower but otherwise pretty dam close (by eyeball). Basically it's a metric 31 but just not as mainstream of a size
  15. Cut out the rust and welded in some fresh metal I the rr fender well. I got 1 complete inner fender now!
  16. You have, they just were not obviously in the open on everything you've owned (many times they are 'hidden' and part of cosmetics or sometimes under trim/between cab/bed of pickups). They are something to do with ventilation/pressure/air flow etc. put all the windows up and put your hand over one and have someone slam a door, you'll feel a puff of air from it assuming your truck seals decent enough still
  17. Just hoping they can't swim... And want to go fishing
  18. Spray paint it flat black, some stereotypical markings to make morons think it's super zombie truck, sell him to sais moron at over inflated price, buy DUKW and set sail
  19. Sounds like a description of a random picture thread with no purpose to me
  20. Random pic thread just hasn't been active in a while. People come, people go, people use poho, etc but it still is there in the pics and videos section http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/topic/19411-random-picture-thread/?fromsearch=1
  21. Alkorahil is the members name here you want to go to.
  22. When I had auto hubs and one was failing (probably could have gotten away with a teardown/rebuild. There's a how to somewhere here for that) mine would make a noise similar to spinning a ratchet. Reverse to disengage and fine until I locked the front in again.
  23. You want a useful chip, take a bag of doritos with you. At least you can eat them!
