  1. Cool, if you could keep me informed on the spacers. I'm looking into getting some myself. James
  2. Very nice truck. What size lift is the springs?? If 3" did you get the drop bracket for the rear? How much does the spacers give you? Not to sure about them yet. James
  3. Listen to Rob and he can definitely steer you in the right direction.
  4. Thanks for that insight B. Will be checking it out to see if there are any loose connections at the alternator. Thanks for all the help. James
  5. Well the dome light was the draw that caused the initial reason for checking the battery. So I will have the alternator checked this week to see what I can figure out. James
  6. I had the battery tested recently when I forgot to turn off the dome light and killed the battery. Took it in and had it checked before it was charged and put back in the truck. Will have the alternator checked this week.
  7. I know that it is a good battery. And as strange as it seems is it is charging at a good rate as well. I'm hoping that when I do an alt upgrade that it will fix the problem.
  8. This is most likely somewhere else in here but I just felt I needed to ask. When I first start my 93 Pathy the lights, HVAC fans and pretty much all electrical seems to be going slow. Then after a couple of minutes it's like it kicks into high gear for the electrical. No CEL, no idiot lights. It only seems to do this if it sits overnight or after the vehicle has completely cooled down. Has anyone seen this on there ride??? I have yet to do an alternator update on my rig. James
  9. Well it depends the 3" is cheaper then the 2" since it's been around longer I think is the reason. Your choice really.
  10. Great pics and welcome. I to loved the sunset. Almost as beautiful as the sunsets on the open sea. One of my greatest memories of being in the Navy.
  11. Have you started the build thread for this engine yet. If so could you post the link for us???
  12. My only question is if this would work for my 93 Pathy????? not sure on the measurements.
  13. Trim off the original and clamp it to the top. That is my opinion.
  14. Cool, this is the first I heard about that. Will definitely look into doing this to mine before it starts.
  15. I plan on doing this with my Pathy. I want to accent it in RED So I can show my support for the Georgia Bulldogs. GO DAWGS. James
  16. Good luck and I hope that you find things ok. The nock may be in the heads themselves. So check there before you go any deeper.
  17. Nice little rig you got there. Did you look up vids on how to plastidip your rims??? I'm looking at doing it on mine. And Welcome to NPORA
  18. Thanks Mate. I only got to visit Australia once and I already wish that I was back there. My father before he passed said " If I ever get a chance to go to Australia I may never come back." I have to agree with him. Loved my 7 days of leave there while my aircraft carrier was visiting. Sydney is a blast. James
  19. I was wondering if there is any updates on Grandpa X and his rides????? Would be nice to see some more pics and know if it ever got on the road. James
  20. Ok cool. It could have been light colored paint or stickers that i was seeing. Would love to read a full story on all that has been done to this rig.
  21. I believe that it is a RC truck as you can see to much light through the body in places there shouldn't be. Just my guess.
  22. Just got finished replacing the passenger side mirror. When my windshield was busted by a tree limb it got the side mirror as well. Its good to be able to see out the passenger side again. Also found out that the little clip that connects the rod from the door lock to the lock assembly is busted so that is why I cant lock or unlock the passenger door with the key. Woohoo. James
  23. Upgrades look great. Have you tried to use a carpet cleaner on the door pieces. My be able to clean them up unless they are failing like the floor carpet did. James
  24. No problems for me, I use Chrome and have Micro Sec essentials.
  25. Yes it is a way to compensate for the sag in the bar. It allows it to sit correctly if you have already cranked your adjuster to max and still have a low front end. James
