  1. Thanks guys.Removed thee auto locking hubs yesterdsay and sure enough Brake A is damaged so as the spring I am pretty sure that when I reinstalled it I checked the tcase to see if its in 2H andd backed it up about 10 feet in our back alley to make sure it disengages out of 4H if it is prior to me installing the factory auto hub. It couldve been on 4H knowing my wife. The lights wasnt on in the dash though after I reinstalled the factory hubs and I have backed it up a few times. Another thing that puzzled me is why would it almost shred the inner components of the auto hub. I took it for a drive yesterday and it seems to be fine. I took Brake A off and left everything on there.I dont know if im installing it wrong but this is the second time ive had problem with the auto hub on her pathy..First time was a grinding noise so I replaced it with a used one from the jy and did the same thing so I decided to put a warn on there and it worked flawlessly , now this shappened again. I am just going to put a warn on there and leave it alone Heres a pic of the almost shredded bRAKE a COMPONENT
  2. Its on 2H..I double checked when I pulled on the side of the road..This time it shifted from 2H to 4H then neutral and 4L. The green light on the dash came on soon as I pulled the t-case shifter down
  3. where would the ground be for the ecm on the intake? Is it that 2 ground wires just in front of the fuel rails?
  4. Hey guys sorry for all the questions for the past few weeks.been working on my 93 pathy a 92 hardbody and my wifes 94 also..Its one thing after another a couple of days ago I replaced my wifes warn locking hubs with the factory auto locking hubs and put that warn on the hardbody since thats going to be her main transportation. I took her 94 with the factory hubs this afternoon and after driving for about 15 mins I felt this loud thud or jolt that it felt like I ran over something or the transmission fell off, i looked back to see if theres anything on the road that I might have ran over and nothing.I pulled over to the side of the road and checked underneath and everything seems to be in tack..Drove another 5 mins and parked at o reilys parking lot to pick up some parts. It didnt do it on the way home but I was driving about 25mph on a 35mph road. Could it be that the auto hubs are trying to engage even I dont have the tcase on 4H? could I have installed it wrong? Is there a way to disable the auto hubs completely? Thanks Fellas heres how i reinstalled it in order..Number 4 would be the o ring clips not shown

  13. Thanks for the quick reply guys.. Ive been drying it for about a week now and the battery was also disconnected and sitting on the bench also.I had the battery fully charged at my local battery shop coz it was completely drained when I got my pathy back I used almost a can of electronic cleaner then I dried it off real good and every other day I would give it a few shots of air. Im hoping that it works. Im also going to shoot some electronic cleaner on the plug.I just noticed this morning when i looked inside where the pins goes in ,theres some dried up mud on there so just in case its fried I can use any ecu from 90-95 with auto trans,4x4 mpfi and stay away from maxima ecu's? I appreciate you guys help. I was going to give up on the pathy and get a xterra but with all your help I think I can get her back and running again
  14. Hey guys what should I be looking for in buying an ecu for my 93 pathfinder? does it have to have the same numbers or can I use one off of 90-95 as long as its for auto? My ECU was just drenched when I pulled it out last week and its been drying in the basement since then. I pulled the top lid off and dried it with an blowgun. It doesnt have any burnt smell to it . Can I still use it after its been soaked in water inside and dried off? Im going to try to fire up my pathy maybe tomorrow or monday soon as I get the ignition switch installed and shift lock cable..with the ECU being soaked like that could it have damaged any other sensor or electrical components? Thanks fellas

  19. I wish theres a hoodscoop available for our pathys..a small one though that can be mounted just above where the cone filter sits.I wouldnt mind cutting up my hood as long as I get a scoop thatll look factory on there and can be mounted with bolts from underneath and not one of those fake scoops that just sticks on I think ive seen a terrano before on here that has that
