  1. I'll try and get a picture. And no the pump if fine, ive dropped the tank before, and let me tell you I was the first to drop it, bolts were so bad back there. So it seems to me I just get a newer one???
  2. It sucks I fill up about once every two weeks I don't drive very far but if I was too my buds would carry gas for me. I just want the range without filling up. I was just looking for a easy way to tell if it was the bigger one, so I grab the right one.
  3. Plz then ill measure mine, I just want to go to the jy and get the right one.
  4. Seems good, but like most people I would try to get 5 for it. The trick is to walk up with cash and lay it on the hood, knocked 800 for mine.
  5. Most hardware stores carry some form of metal, like Lowes has tubes and square pipes, while my Home Depot has flat sections. I searched for metal stores by me and like 5 popped up when I needed metal.
  6. I have a 15 gallon tank, which is actually 16 but I would like to put a 21 gallon tank. In the manual it says they came with both sizes and I would like to get just that much farther. Im fine with my tank as it sits but I will need two more jerry cans to go as far as my local group can go, and if they carry cans; Im about, well let just say about 50-100 miles short of them. I was wondering if I can find the size on the car some where. I've looked but have had no luck.
  7. I got a one from a pick and pull for 21 bucks. It would have been like 15, if I hadnt had to grab the base then the lens. If you find a whole light with base and lens intact,it should be real cheap.
  8. Look around, try to find some but this should work. http://www.tacticalarmorgroup.com/TAGStore/TAGStore/tabid/71/CategoryID/391/List/1/Level/a/productid/1779/Default.aspx
  9. That looks sweet I also noticed you had or still have a thrush welded muffler on it. Is it any good?
  10. The vg30e engines are all interchangeable. Pretty sure its 90-95 as they have exactly the same design besides the interior of the vehicle. The stock engines are very well made and should last a long time.
  11. Or you could have a Trunk Monkey Ninja Thing. I'll keep an eye out for it, if they decide to run this far.
  12. Just rolled into Whistler for about a week. Wish I could of brought my Path, but its a relax trip. Might take one of those off-road tours though.....

  13. I like Thrush Welded mufflers. Basically a knock off Flowmaster 40 series
  14. Man, exploring the area between FR21 and FR23 is great, to bad I forgot my gopro.

  15. I got the best recorded mileage, from my rig today. All freeway, I got 22. To think of it what is the usual mpg for city and freeway for the vg30e engine? I get 14-16 in city and 19-22 on freeway.

22 Highway? On flat ground? How is your rig setup? That sounds like nice highway MPG.

It was pretty flat. From Marysville to Rush Road. It is stock except for re-index and 31's. My city is pretty low, I think.

  16. Seems pretty tempting, but as I just got tires, its not for me. If it were me I would call and find out more info or search the web for reviews.
  17. No the shop vac wouldn't work i got a camera and stuck it pretty far up there. I couldn't see anything. Funny it leads to the wall right in the engine bay, i can see the flash light from the outside. I have only looked at the intake not the exhaust for the blower motor, but so far only found some pin needles and some dirt. The smell has kind of come in waves, but i still have no idea how to find him. I would rather not take off the dash because i have no clue how to do it,plus it is my DD. Really my only car and need it.
  18. I know mine has magnets to keep it closed. I dont know if the newer ones had a latch or piece to close it but the magnets seem to work fine.
  19. I knew he was up there but I didn't think he was dead till the smell. Now every time I get in or even open the door I gag. It really terrible. Hopefully he is just bloated a not decaying externally yet.
  20. Ill see if my bud has one but for now i think the shop vac is my first option, I just want the bugger out.
  21. I already tired to see it but didnt see anything. Never thought of the shop vac. You might be a genius, if it works. Thank you guys
  22. So I had more than one mouse in my car. I killed one and apparently hit the other, while it as in the blower motor, with the blower fan. It is now somewhere in my upper air system, I think. Does anyone know a fast way to get it out or do i have to take the dash off. It is starting to smell really bad and need it out......NOW.
  23. I had this same problem. But I dont think the XE version came with 31's. I have never seen a XE that says 31 or 265 on the door. But i might be wrong. I had to reindex to put my 31s.. If i were you either find a new shop or drop the t-bars and reindex to get the desired height. This way they wont be at full turn.
  24. You're in the wrong section buddy, try posting this on you r50 section. You will get much more help there
  25. 5spd, I told my mechanic buddy and he doesn't know anything that would cause it. He said it might be something with the drive line, so he will do a free dia. on it and see if he can find it.
