it looks blue in pics but it is gray (the newer 93+ gray i have a the brownish 92 color but its close enough)...i also have another one for sale if someone wants to do this swap to theirs.

Well i just did it in about 2 hours. Sorry its dark i got done right when the sun started to set. move over 2.25" ....there is also a little stem looking thing on the bottom of the console that interferes with the parking brake movement. i had to make slits for the seat belt the rear of the center console is so tight in there i didnt bother bolting it in. i onyl bolted in the front 4 I also had to remove the handle on the side of the driver seat because it was so tight to the console. rest of it bolts in. even the switches fit!

I have 2 of the manual r50 center consoles in my garage I am going to be doing this swap soon if I dont mess up the second console ill sell it off to a member here. I will also post pictures. I tried the jeep console and that was a epic fail on my part i couldnt get it to work so I will know shortly how this r50 one looks!

I wouldnt used hids in the stock housing those look and perform terrible thats why I suggest using PROJECTORS with HIDS. Hence the thread. Plus cheap ebay headlights flicker...espeically when they are cold....i have probably 6 sets of them in my garage and and 2 sets for the z's not worth getting.

I know 90-92 have brownish gray and 93-95 have the normal gray. 94-95 have the rounded dash I am not sure if the other colors changed too or its all gray after 93? I have only owned and seeing gray interior pathfinders. No idea for the r50 i have a center console from one and it looks like the same color as my old 93 was for gray. I might be interested in a gauge pod if we can get them reasonably.

btw I just wanted to update these are still working great and havent had any problems with them yet. They have also been really good and not leaked or fogged up.

thanks yeah them sticking out has grown on me i have a brush guard and you dont even notice with it on there. I actually had a member from austraila send me a set of the clear coners were kind of spendy too but i wanted black ones. I know you can buy them on ebay but they are chrome. The turn signal ones are just off ebay and they are nissan hardbody lights which are like 30 bucks or something shipped. The clear coners look really good with my new projectors because i installed some "cool white" leds in the clear corners that matches my hid color very well. I hated the yellowish orange color the regular bulbs put out in the clear corners

Washed it up and took some pics with the lift and new 32" tires...i ended up washing it and its still cold out and now my damn drive door wont close i just close it and lock it andi can still open it.

I had to replaced my whole center link because mine were not replaceable.

thermostat maybe?

installed 32.5" mudders and got alignment

Brought the pathy to my buddys shop to get the UCA bushings installed into my AC UCA and the factory bushings apparently dont fit? Anyone els ehave that problem and what did you use?

Heres mine nothing speical my red z has my good system in it. This was probably only 600 bucks. And yes these are old pictures yes i have clean the over spray off and put on ss security screws. as for speakers i have 2 kicker speakers up front and 2 pioneer speakers in the rear. It sounds like a pretty good system for how cheap it was. Also have the bass pretty much set to -10 all the time and its still loud enough to rattle the mirrors. Had to turn it down kept kept setting car alarms off.

whole point was projectors not just HID you can slap hids in there and it blinds everyone and scatters the light to much. It seemed really dim yet so thats why i went with the projectors and its amazing the difference it made. it is a "Dual" brand flip out. look on ebay or walmart for it. Its like 200-300 bucks. Has more options than my clarion though

Try disconnecting all your switches (mainly the front driver one) and clean all the connections on both sides and then reconnect them all. I did the same thing with installing a new window motor and found out it was the stupid switch contacts are dirty.
