halogens are way dimmer dude idc what that guy says in his artical theres a reason all newer cars are using them. I also guarantee my projectors out shine your halogens...probably even outshine yours with me driving behind you....I have seen my cutoff line about a 1/4 mile down the road. I can see all the way down pretty much every street in my town and also with HID you can see the road stripes and street signs alot better than halogen. They refect a lot better. I have been driving in blizzards and not been able to see infront of me but been able to see the stripes and signs becasue of the hid lights. I would of never of seen them with halogen bulbs i tried everything with halogens before switching. You probably just hate them because u see the hondas with them and dont have projectors or arent aimed right. If you havent tried them with proper projectors and aiming then you cant knock it. Try it and then if you really hate it then you can knock it. i have to hear this at work all the time and its annoying until those people actually try it and then its like a whole new world for them.

I drove with my projectors i installed with the high beams on for about a mile before i noticed they were on and got the finger from just about every car down the road ha oops! Figured it out and put it on low beam and its still stupid bright but wont blind people at all. I never even use my high beams anymore more since i can see so far down the road high beams wont even help.

these are ones i made...very bright but if your worried about $$$ not for you probably cost 250$ but are probably the brightest lights i have ever used...great cut off lines so dont blind people either feel like im driving in daylight! http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/topic/31473-hid-projectors-installed-w-pics/page__hl__projector

Backup switch on manual trans - Has anyone replaced one?
edicer2 replied to ascdesigns's topic in 96-2004 R50 Pathfinders
mine tends to flicker on and off while in reverse unless i hold it back so idk what the deal is there. -

edicer2 replied to JohnMasters's topic in 90-95 WD21 Pathfinders
i might bust mine out of the box and see how it looks ha fskc it might as well try it! -
ill probably do volt, water temp and oil pressure i know 2 of those are already on the stock gauge but who knows how acturate they are lol
-
ha yeah i cant stand the stock ones they all broke on me as soon as i touched them! ha zipties ftw!
-
ok cool thanks for the input guys! I am guessing his is the xe then since its manual windows and no tach and ka motor. I will look into whether he want to continue on it or not ha. not sure how much he cares.
-
i just ziptie mine on it takes 1 min to take it on and off then. Much more of a PITA to get the brush gaurd off.
-
oh ok thats some of the stuff i was affraid about so i wasnt sure. I will try to find out soon i guess ha!
-
yup your right it is 9 i forgot its 3 across the top part of the brezel
-
ha ok ill give it a try i guess i figured i would ask before just in case someone knew already but i guess its only like 8 screws ha!
-
So kind of random and ik there are a few hardbodys on this site so i figured i would ask. A buddy bought a 92 hardbody with the KA motor in it. His current dash doesnt have the tach at all its there but there no needle or numbers or anything like it was a non added option. Well I have a pathfinder cluster from a 92(like mine) and was wondering if it would work in his truck? Obviously it will fit and the speedo will work since its cable drivent but i was curious the the wiring was the same and if the tach would work?
-
ha ok cool thanks for the update i was just curious! :-)

Any update on this?

the ones you posted suck i had them on my 86na 300zx and they were worse than my sealed beam even with hids in them. they arent real projectors they are a fake look alike and since they are black make them twice as bad as the chrome ones. Also if your using a hot bulb in them i have seen the "projector lense" get hot and the glue melts and it falls out. I had that happen on my first set. Theres no cheap way to do projectors but theres also no replacement o get anywhere near the light output and not blind people. Not trying to be a dickhead just letting you know so you dont buy them and get disappointed
