just to confirm the coolant temp senor for the ecu is one of the ones right by the radiator cap right?

purchasing that right after work!!! ha

I checked the fpr vac line and i had remembered i replaced it last summer when i did valve cover gaskets. I also have a cold air intake so i dont have the factory air box anymore (had it for years). It hasnt died on me yet since i installed that nissan hardness that adds the extra ground but it seems like such a turd and idles at the 500-600 mark when warm.

Hi guys..looking to install leds in my climate control. what size bulb is used in the 92 NON analog one(has buttons). (not mine but it looks like that one)

installed the harness and it runs now with out stalling out at idle but....still idles around 500-600 when its at operating temp is that ok? Does it seem like that normal or should it be around 750rpm? also seems kind of boggy yet...could be my clutch slipping or something else..i cant get it to run any codes but i know my o2 is old and my clutch is about shot.

idk what they used at that shop..i wasnt there when they did it. i am not going to just spray over rusted metal ill sand it off and get it down to bare metal again. It was just bare metal the first time it was painted but i think they put a thin coat on ill clean it all off and primer and rust preventive and then layers of paint and some oil after.

kind of bad pics and i need to coat them with some better paint just through that on there so it wasnt bare metal poked through a bit ill fix it later this summer i got some other stuff i need to fix too.... used thick metal L shape plates custom made by my shop.

I have the same issue on my manual 92 pathfinder. dies on me at stop lights it has done it before like 2 years ago and it was the wiring on the maf but it seems to be fine right now I am going to try the add the extra ground though and see if that fixes it. I might also try to check that idle air control valve and see if that can be the issue also. It had just got a tune up 2 years ago and hasnt had many miles put on it since. Seems doggy and under powered but its weird the problem is intermittant. I can sit there and drive around no problem then randomly will just die when i start putting the clutch in and i have to hold on the gas to keep it running. Last time i tried to run the codes it gave me 55 which i think is normal operation.

it all depends i have seen them from 13.4 to almost 15 you should be fine. if it goes under 13 i would be worried.

happened to my 92 ....i popped the panel off and bent the rod a bit and it worked good now.

well i got my pathfinder pod loaded up with auto meter gauges and some blue leds(match the rest of my dash and clinometer)! you can also see my pod for my 300zx z31 86 na2t...have the same in my 87 300zx turbo. Love them just to spendy for the pathfinder :-p

they also sell fittings like this on acadianasportscars.com that is where I get my vg30 and 33 z31 parts! (says page not found just click the logo at the top) go to engine and click z31 you will see the fitting at the bottom..lots of other vg30/33 goodies on there

I knew they would mount like this should of asked ha i have one in each of my z31 300zx's and they are exactly as described above ha i was able to add another screw carefully between the gauges. my gauges on my 300zx ones fit so tight i dont even add the back clamps on them and i have never had one budge they fit so tight! i am just hoping the colors match that is all im worried about it didnt matter on my z's since the interior is black

thats possible which idk maybe my o2 is causing that to happen? i havent ran my codes yet since i bought the truck....maybe i should do that sometime soon. only problem is its hard to make it repeat it self unless i go out in the middleof no where and get stuck and beat on it.
