With mine I had to solder a wire to the sensor T fitting and run it to a ground point (I used the battery) to make it work.

They didn't weld the hitch to the frame at the factory, sorry to say.

The PO got it from a JY (another wd21). I know nige had a bare aluminum one like that, this one was painted black from the factory, but it is aluminum as well. It serves no purpose and I will be removing it very soon.

The way your trailer hitch is attached scares me.

The 94 I bought was in some sort of front end collision years ago, and was repaired using aftermarket headlights, signals, markers, grille, bumper, and fenders. The only reason I noticed is because when I replaced all the a/c o-rings, I noticed the condenser, rad and all the other stuff was aftermarket and looked a lot newer than everything else. Other than the fact that the PO didn't clip the grille back in when he put the tranny cooler on, you can't even tell...

It should spin easily on wet pavement. On my way to work I never really go past 3000rpm and I'm keeping up with traffic.

Are you crazy, these trucks are built a lot better than most in their time. Check out an explorer or blazer of the same generation and see how loose/worn all the body parts are.

Do you have a trailer wiring harness installed? Also check the grounds, I had a problem where the quarter panel had some rust and salt would come in. It ate the wires on the harness and I had to replace the whole thing because the wires just fell out of the sockets.

Mine look like threaded machine screws...Still nice and tight after all this time.

I have had a few problems with re-man parts. Mostly alternators and brake calipers though. I've never had to change a starter so I guess I am lucky.

Just change the bearing, costs 5 bucks at the most, and takes like 10 minutes.

Check your MAF sensor, more specifically, the wiring at the connector.

Yeah my old pathy (before the compressor wore out since I had it on 24/7 lol) used to get below 40 degrees even on the hottest days.

Did you make sure to get the longer bolts for the UCA's? If they put too many shims there won't be enough thread engagement to torque the bolts and they could fall out.

Whats even more dumb is people have done the twist the belt between the cams to 90 degrees method probably over a thousand times and it is proven. And the tensioner should be around 5 o'clock.

Kyle your truck has both boots, the rubber one is under the leather one. My leather one on my gray 95 was torn for years but since I replaced the rubber boot it was still quiet.

I have one cardone cv shaft and it has held up well, I need to replace a shaft in my new pathy so I'll take that one out of my old one, its only been in there a year or so, but I wheeled on it many times with no issues.

Bosch makes excellent starters. That cheap lifetime warranty stuff sucks.

Replace the rad, I went thru this with my dads old 2000 pathy and I have seen it on a few others. It started off as you described but as the rad gets more blocked it will fail to cool the engine even without the a/c on.
