regards to the dash lights. your dimmer switch might have went out. when that switch is unplugged it wouldnt light up the dash or anything. so i would check that too.

seriously... if your lookin for another lighter socket. i have a spare one if your in need.

sway bar links i would guess.. check the joints.

nah jason you have the pathfinder and frontier SE wheels. the wheels he is refering to are the 17x8 supercharger wheels that came on 02+ frontiers and xterras. EDIT- but i do have a friend with both and r50 and S/C xterra. ill talk to him and see if he will put an xterra wheel on his r50.

i have a 1 inch spacer on my OME setup. its leveled out perfectly. but if you stack 3 spacers you will get the pre runner look. more lift in the front then rear. but not by much.

having no sway bars helps a ton too. just 5 bolts that zip right out.

wow dean your pathy must hate you then. i just put some kybs under my truck a couple of days ago. me and tyler (entrophy98) mananged to get both of our trucks done in less then 2 hours. i was putting new struts on and he was putting spacers on. as for the rocky road spacers, you dont need to stack 3, 2 is just fine. i have a 1 inch spacer on my truck right now and it sits perfectly level.

i have never ran into things like this. no one steals cars in this neighborhood. but the ignition switch disabler thing sounds like a cool mod to do. and when i do park in areas of a high theft rate i just remove my ignition relay from the relay box right under the steering wheel. hopefully they are stupid enough to not know its the relay.

this is what i do for now on. on street i use my K&N drop in filter. before i head out on a trail i drop in a stock nissan one so it can trap all that dirt and crap. and i use that paper one until it gets really dirty then i just get another paper one for offroading. it works well for me. so i can have the advantages of K&N for street and not have it mess up the engine when i go wheelin. but this is only drop in stuff i dunno if you wanted a cone filter.

um check the lines that go from one side of the rack to the other. there are 2 of them and they are metal. i had one go out on me from it rubbing on the metal thing under the plastic splash guard. and it leaked everywhere.

yeah once i get some money im going to upgrade to bilstein shocks. i want a little bit more travel out of the rear.

r50s never had badging that said XE on it. they only had the SE and LE badging. they wernt like the older pathys. so if your tailgate doesnt say SE or LE you have an XE. and if you have chromies you have an XE. and if your tires are that small you definatly have an XE. SEs came with 265/70/15s on the aluminum 15x7 wheels. someone correct me if im wrong.

are you putting in a spacer? i have the OME suspension and i added a 1 inch spacer up front. i used a 2 inch grade 8 bolt. something in the form of 3/8s i think? washer then the bolt up top. but before you put the strut mount onto the strut. make sure and put the bolts in or it will be impossible to do it after.

or take your headlights out before offroading lol

i also had another question. when im crusing at about 40 mph in whatever gear and just step off the gas completly the pathy seems to jerk a little bit. but when i gently let off the gas it seems normal what could cause this?

i know what hes talking about. they are plastic and stick out. its pretty much for styling. i would call local junkyards that have LE r50s. carpart would be of much help on a part like that.

so the transmission control unit needs to be replaced? did they program it different on the (new) replacement one? or why does it need to be replaced. i seem to have that flare too.

i get what your saying 4x4le. if i keep it in 1st it will revv higher then when its in drive flooring it. but mines a 96.
