  1. OP....open the door handle as far as you can towards the back of the vehicle...I have replaced several and had one on there that was broken for a while on the front hinge but I kept opening it at the rear and it worked fine until a friend snatched it off the door
  2. Yep the ole lady's truck has swamp ass syndrome from her AC issue
  3. Yep...AC condensation...I took 60 psi and blew from the drip hose outside...about 1/2 gallon came out...I also pulled the resistor ans fan out and removed all the leaves
  4. Trade u my 27 spline manual OEM hubs...NM..a day late and dollar short But for reference you would have to change out the spindles, CVS, wheel bearings and steering components since the tapers r different...the Cv diameters r different causing this
  5. This is also a helpful hint that may be a day late and a dollar short Stretching the fuel filler hose to put in splice...this and a little PB takes the fight out of it
  6. IMHO its too much damn work and id just spend the $ for a new kit... The steering shaft can be a pita...I used a pry bar/5lb and a bench vice to extend mine after soaking it in Pb blaster
  7. Alright so I forgot I bad to cut the rear straps Now for the front mod: Hole saw for easier bolt access Marked it: Moved up 3" and welded ( I also welded a strap along the line of the crack in the concrete U can see the strap thru the hole And here

  10. They're cheap and a pita...I drove around for almost 2 years with no front bumper ..then when I did the gfs truck I just cut and welded the factory brkts...sorry I can't be of much help but u will prob need 2 or 3 people to help and ones with small hands
  11. BC I've had it for 12 years and its only left me stranded twice...both were my fault.. broken timing belt and dropped something in a cylinder while changing plugs...now its or i should say they're my toy
  12. Clutch chatter or u joints would be my guess...my Tacoma has had chatter on cool mornings ever since I got it...
  13. Yep...pull 1 at a time and if its still not there put one on and just run single belts...guessing its a loose belt or oily pulley
  14. Call steve at rugged rocks and buy the kit for the 87...he has the bolt info and can prob get 2 bolts for u to make the kit work...I did the research for him. He also has an installation instruction set done by me on a 95 with the 87 kit
  15. The locks in these trucks can freak out so relays may have been pulled or wires cut of things disconnected...get an fsm and follow all the wires to find the problem...it sucks but the only way u will fins the problem
  16. Check voltage and current...but basically if the relay clicks and u get power across it after the coil is energized then its good...its just. A signal
  17. U just won't be able to get outside "fresh" air...if u like recirc air then u r good no issues...
  18. Maybe it was my 87...i can't remember...all I know is I had a starter with 2 wires for signal and the other only had 1
  19. I thought the 94/95 PF has a + and - where previous harnesses used a case ground and a single signal wire...so that's 2 small wires (like 18ga) to the starter...1 yellow to oil pressure switch and main cable to starter
  20. Found some rock on the trail Granted that's a different load case but they can be bent...and would highly doubt the rod load would do this to that brkt
