  1. I guess I'm too late now, but I would say disconnect the battery for a bit and see if you can reset the comp. I would also say, I know nothing.
  2. We were ice fishing in North Bay -42 celcius with winds and all. When its really cold my truck loves to lock itself (really annoying since I only have 1 key). Well, we woke up the second morning and my path and 1 other guy on the lake were the only ones to have vehicles start, so as I was letting my truck warm up, the door slamed shut and locked itself, truck still running. Took about 10 mins to find a coat hanger, and another 30 to unlock the door. Everything kept slipping because of the cold, but at least the truck was warm. Went to jump my buddies civic, the windsheild washer fluid line snapped because it was so cold, with the winter fluid in it, crazy.
  3. The spray can stuff goes on pretty easy. I just used some to paint my skid plate, not too expensive either. Under $10+taxes
  4. "auto check report not available"
  5. I went over some train tracks and this happened to me while I was driving up to the ski hill. It turned out to be my torsion bar adjuster, the bar itself was fine. I think it was around $150-200.... but I might have had other work done too, I remember it not being anything crazy expensive. Good luck man.
  6. Not that i've seen, and when I did my search, any link I clicked seemed to be broken since the forum moved sites.
  7. Do you also have the external bottom weather stripping, the piece that always rusts out?
  8. I've been thinking about doing a lift on my truck. Is one better than the other or is it more of a cost thing? I've never had a lifted truck before and dont know much about it, any info would be great. Thanks.
  9. No, it's still a pretty enjoyable ride, no real bounce. But the suspension lift is something that I might look into, unless a lot of people say body lift is superior.
  10. If no one else does I can measure it out tomorrow. Im just on my way to work now. And it is stock UCA's.
  11. Working on painting my skid plate to finally put it back on the truck.
  12. If I were to put in shocks made for a lift without changing the UCA would it damage them? I'm on the fence about doing a 2" sus lift. Or are body lifts better?
  13. Yes its a hole. And the rust proofing we use always stays wet. So when it got layered on two years in a row it could have been becuase the layer under was still wet. I often spray out my rails and the water comes out clear.
