I know some of the pictures are gone, but these threads should help with idea's too Cell phone holder install MOD: Cellphone mount interior modifications Note, the mount that I referenced is still in my truck with the only changes being the actual holster portion changed to match phone models used over time.

A local parts store (a National Auto Parts franchise) ordered it for me.

iirc the detergents are to aggressive for the soft parts in our transmissions. Straight GL-4 only, no GL-5 or "GL-4 Compatible" Perhaps 5523Pathfinder will chime in on this, he used RP before his trans died, I'm just not sure about the exact product he used. Mine died about the same time and we both opted for RedLine MT50 in our replacements. No problems since and this is the fluid many opt for, often after learning the hard way.

If anyone does have copies of those images then send them to me and we will host them here at NPORA, but unfortunately 88's damagedreality.com website has been gone for a long time now. -
Axle code confusion and questions about a rear differential
RedPath88 replied to RCWD21's topic in General Forums
HG4x designates the R&P ratio HG43 = 4.375 HG46 = 4.625 The original axles installed front and rear correspond to the stock engine. VG30 = Front: R200A / Rear: H233B Z24 = Front: R180A / Rear: C200 LSD is only designated (to my knowledge) by an Orange sticker on the back of the housing. Look for that, and clean and scrape to be sure, Don't recall anyone ever positively verifying that the sticker has ever fallen off. Just know that even if a housing does not have the sticker, it is still possible that someone swapped in a LSD and matching carrier. -

Power steering resevouir - Where is it on a 1998 Pathfinder?

Ok I deleted 7 identical threads, moved one from the General Section and one from the 96+ section to the Garage, then merged them both since responses had been split between them. Please STOP making a bunch of identical topics! Nine of them in the span of 70min is extremely unnecessary and that is aside from the fact that when you create more than one topic on the same subject matter it just splits responses from other members across them all (which happened almost immediately here.) Online forums create a feeding effect where members can build off of one another's replies in order to better and more quickly help the original poster. This is negated when said responses are split between multiple topics. It also clutters the forum and frustrates members because they tire of seeing the same thing spammed all over the forum.

Come on, stop making multiple threads about the same thing. This is three (four total counting the duplicate to this one) in the last 20 hours. bushings - by maddmark1981

Wondering what is needed to run 35's on my 1995
RedPath88 replied to Wickedwrench29's topic in General Forums
Edited title ("Woundering"). It's also highly recommended that your title include some info as to what your are woundering wondering *see new title -
Something else of note regarding 4WD and our trucks, is that if you still have auto hubs then you must roll forward (or back) before the hubs engage. So if you were unable to move at all, the transfer case may have been properly engaged in 4L/H, but either one or both of hubs had not yet locked (both must lock - another thing to consider, perhaps one is stuck) And about 4L, is it that you could not get the lever to move to the 4L position? If that was the case you should take a look at this topic (pinned in the General Forums) http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/topic/16808-guys-dont-kill-me-a-4x4-turning-on-question-help-i-cant-go-4hi-only-down/ As a side note, I see you are a tapatalk user, I deleted the other two identical threads. Please ignore the errors that tapatalk gives you when posting. Just refresh your page view and you will find that your post or topic have actually been posted to the forum... tapatalk is not NPORA's friend.

Recent problems resulting in a database error message have been resolved. Thank you all for your patience.

1992 pathy gas and temp gauge issues
RedPath88 replied to Jonhutson's topic in 90-95 WD21 Pathfinders
Pathfinder Common Problems/Fixes, Read this first! Talked about countless times in multiple threads, a simple search will turn up many results. -
On WD21's (87-95) it is in the cargo area. So look under the truck, locate the tank and then removed carpet, tip or remove seats, whatever is directly above it to see if there is a panel there. Unless of course someone verifies its location... or non-existence. EDIT: According to the FSM, which can be found by going HERE which is the topic pinned in The Garage, to get the pump out the procedure detailed is for dropping the tank. but it might still be worth looking, you might get lucky and save yourself a bunch of time and work. Also as a side note, I removed the duplicate thread. If your using Tapatalk please ignore the errors it gives and just refresh the post/topic listings after you submit and you will find that your content was added, despite what the app my have told you.

"If" it is like the WD21's then the gear ratio will be on the info plate on the fender, see my post and pic in THIS thread for more info. Your rear diff, assuming the engine is a VG, should be an H233B. But, since yours is an R50 I cannot be certain on the plate being there or containing that info. let us know if it is

I simplified the topic title and moved it from the New Members Start Here section to The Garage for better exposure. The New Members Start Here section is for new member intros (please feel free to make one) while help requests and technical question posts should be placed in the appropriate sections. Thank you and welcome to NPORA!

IIRC CB slack loops should not be round either, make them oblong instead... quick seach brought up this page from Firestik. Things Every CB'er Should Know

See by default, I was thinking the rear not front, (WD21's have no options for longer travel either, due to suspension travel limits) disregard
