  1. Quite a few do, everyone should. It's the next purchase for my 93, my 88 has a year old radiator so I'm not to worried about it being clogged up yet.
  2. I like it! Might have to do that to mine.
  3. GrimGreg

    Oops!

    Try a screw extractor.
  4. Look here AC SAS foum a lot of SAS info there.
  5. An easy way to go red is to get that repair tape they sell for taillights. Just wrap it around your white buld.
  6. I agree it'll probably be about the same cost either way.
  7. Thats why they wear fire retardant race suits.
  8. Yeah, always ask for the old tires, then sell them to a used tire shop. Get money rather than give it away BTW, anyone want a set of 5 stock chrome rims? $100
  9. The question was if your 2wd has the same pan as a 4wd.
  10. The suspension is the same up front on 2wd and 4wd Pathfinders, unlike the 2wd and 4wd Hardbodies. But like 88 pointed out it's far from slapping a few pieces on to do the swap.
  11. You know of course, they only waste the time printing directions for things so women have something to read while the man is assembling
  12. Rather than start a new thread, I'll put this here. GrimPath got new shoes! $400 for wheels and tires :cool2:
  13. Be my guess too, just the plastic's color mix.
  14. Well, how were you planning to install the new gears if you got them? Just go to a full service yard and have them pull the parts Hell, if it's like the one yard I go to they charge a core charge so you can take the used/ broken parts back and get some cash back (they just want the scrap to recycle, svaes my trashcan on fenders and such).
  15. I just used colored gels for stage lighting under the light covers on my trucks (red93, green88) much better than the white at night.
  16. Well, my 88 was a Japan made model, and my 93 was a US made model, so that might be part of it too. But I have heard they changed plants or materials or something before though.
  17. Ebay auction Just thought I'd pass it on.
  18. Just sounds like you have a bad switch Denis.
  19. Well, I ment if your stock ratio was higher than the lowest stock ratio available then you might be able to go that route. Like my 88 Pathy has the 4.3 gears, I can get a set of 4.6s from the junk yard and gear up real cheap that way.
  20. I took a 6 month basic class, and got a lot of on the job training. I think the material Nissan used on the frames was whack, it's almost like they took 5 sheets of 20guage sheet and forged them together. I have never seen steel flake apart like philo dough (baklava) until now It's weird, my 88 spent most of it's life in Cleveland which uses a lot more salt (get a lot more snow) than we do here (Columbus), but my 93 which has lived here is worse. The 88 has had a repair in the very back, but the rest of the frame is still solid. The body on the 88 was bad, but the frame is good. It's just odd.
  21. My ABS light comes on anytime it's wet out.
  22. AC has about the cheapest, they just go up in price. What ratio are you looking for? Reason I ask is if it was a stock ratio you might be able to find them in a junk yard.
  23. Frames are the same, just the body mount bolts are different sizes.
