  1. HELL NO, I didn't buy a second one a year ago because I planned to get rid of them. No matter what car you buy the gas price is still the same, deal with it, pay it, and keep driving.
  2. With the stock wheel openings the 31s will still look OK with both lifts.
  3. Damn, here in the States a lot of things can be bought even cheaper if you go straight to the factory and buy it.
  4. It's more of a plumbing type of thing, just has to be snug with no leaks.
  5. I'm tight with my money too, that's why I bought it right away when I saw it for that.
  6. Yeah, I had to put a spacer between my door spearkers and the door so that the window would make it down past the magnet.
  7. First you have to pull the whole CV out, then all I did was bottom out the inner CV against the cover plate on the inner flange and it poped off. Then pull the retainer ring off of the end of the CV and it'll come completely apart.
  8. The only real problem with NOT relocating it (if you are going electric anyway) is the hoses need to be changed out.

  10. I guess my 88 had suffered the bent needle problem, so says the former owner who cut it in half . I took a piece of plastic and grafted it onto the remainder because I couldn't tell where it was actually pointing.

  12. Actually it helps because it increases the fender gap above the frame, more room to get to the studs that way
  13. If not the fusable link, look at the back of the guage cluster, I think there's a voltage regulator on there that can go bad on later years.
  14. Remove the bottom of the shroud and you should be OK till you go electric. The shroud is 2 pieces, sometimes the bottom piece is missing or fell off though.
