As we all (all who know V6) realized, he was trying to get a rise out of people. I do think if there is something that can be done for MZ, we should. No matter how private he might have wanted to keep things, we all are a family and do care for our own. He has nothing to be ashamed of in his position, he did nothing but defend himself and his property to get him in this situation, which is what anyone would have done. Though I don't like being informed by some troll, I am glad to have been made aware of MZ's situation. He is a good guy, and did not deserve to be put in the place he is now! My name is Steve Anderson. I recently found out my old friend Maciej (mzextreem) was shot in the back by two intruders into his home and left for dead. He is now a cripple. Well, not recently but not as long ago as some members on this board did. Isn't that right Pezzy? I am perplexed that this so called family friendly site, and more so the supposed friends on this site (Bernard "B" and Scotty "RP88" to name two more)could prioritise a fund for buying back someone's Pathfinder while this young man fought for his life in hospital. You guys dropped mz like a hot potato. What a nice family you guys are. How does it feel Jim to have your car back, while someone who helped make this site, before it got dull and boring, can but wonder why he was deserted in his hour of need. Where was the fund raiser or donations for mz Pezzy? Where are his wheels? He cruises in an old beat up secondhand wheel chair. Why drop him as a mod? Is this what you guys do to each other over there? Need help.... F_CK OFF! is that it? It certainly looks like it.I'll be out to see him by the years end or early in the new year. A nice kick in the guts wouldn't you say when you feel that is all you have left. mz feels like he has been dropped by you guys. And he has been... Like it or not, that's how he feels. Would you want to come back after that has happened to you? I apologise humbly if you guys honestly didn't know... I just find that hard to accept at the moment. I could not and would not keep such a secret about a friend who is obviously distressed, in pain, scared and not certain if he wants to be on the planet anymore. I waited until then, to allow him to sleep if he was, but holding off until then was not easy, since I had just found out what happened. I figured calling him at 5-6am his time would have been a bit rude. Sadly though, he no longer has the number he gave me some time ago. As long as it does not get out of hand then it is not a problem... treat it as any other topic that you have no interest and/or nothing to add too.. and ignore it. I completely understand and agree, this forum is smaller and more family like. Everyone helps each other out without much negativity and judgment. Besides the first post being very personal and unrelated to the majority of people here (not to mention very inappropriate). This thread seems like matters involving a few individual people, but the original post was aimed as an attack on the NPORA forum community as a whole. And being in the main forum for everyone to see, reflects badly on us all. And don't get me wrong, I fully support NPORA supporting those in need. Eventually I hope he can let the past rest, especially given the fact that NPORA then is not entirely NPORA now. One thing Steve has always thrived on, is others inability to ignore hime and brush off his comments. I understand that you may not know him, but those of us who do, know this. Anyway, I understand where you are coming from. But also please understand that the dispute resolution section was created for issues involving transactions and not really for something like this. I really do wish that posts not related to the true situation would stop, including the more recent ones. Moving this the the DR section would address that but it will also seriously impair those who are involved to take part. Especially right now. Granting access to that area can only be done by an admin and as of yet we have not explored subsections within it (to allow some to post in one topic but not any others that my be in that section) and given the specific weekend we have in the US, I am not around all the time (even if it appears I am here) and the other admin is currently on vacation. It's really sad that that section had to be created in the first place, when controlling such things can be accomplished by members simply making wiser decision on what and where they post. In general if you have nothing constructive to add, don't post. Or if you have no direct connection to a topic, pass on by. These simple actions by everyone here can drastically help to make NPORA as a whole a better place. I agree that the general section may not be the best place for this, but given that I found this soon after it was posted and only had a few minutes to respond before leaving for the entire day for work, I left it. But I will now move it to the Off Topic section, where it may be better suited. As for not locking it, I ask that you place a little trust in the Mod Team to handle things in an appropriate manner. This topic was never going to last long, but there are somethings that need to happen (given the situation) before shutting things down.
