I have a 1993 manuel(mines a 95 but It didnt come with one so I got one at the junk yard) It says 20 5/8 gallons or 15.1 for the small tank My lit has never come on but when I got it it was below E and I drove it for about 15 miles before filling up and it took 20 gallons even(well I shut it off at twenty)

Heet is used in winter so your gas dosnt freeze up in the colder area(it will happen) Its not really a water remover its more of a gas anti freeze. Wal-mart sells a cool little thing that siphons gas by squeezing it.I have one that I used for my mud truck when gas was 4 bucks agallon(only people that I worked with and where a-holes...most of them I told when I was getting off that I was going to go get some gas from them...they said Oh,yeah,ok.So I wasnt stealing it.)

If thats pointed towards me then I say there cool cars...and I didnt mean the sporty fiat ether,the sedan model in red...factory red paint(they diped the bodys,didnt spray them,thick paint)

I'll just say that your choke is probly just opening up when you start it since you said it quits after a little bit,and when you step on it the injecter open up more like when the choke in on.

The facks dont add up,it had a tail pipe,it was a pick up,not a suv and there where other people around.48 inchs of water is 4 feet,wouldnt the water be deep anuff to kill the engine since the tail pipe was under the water(who has a jacked up 4x4 with the exhaust below the axle?) I gotta agree with the darwin factor

Holy,Shiznit old post. But youve coverd 2 or 3 major possiblitys. The third is extreme rpms will cause a belt to lose its teeth(the shaved look)

Hell look on ebay,these usally 70s z-cars for sale in cali for 2kish with 350s in them. I kinda like the 260...A kid at my school had one...a buddy rebuilt the top end of the engine and we took it for a ride.4-speed tranny,header and I think 3 carbs,it wound out really good and sounded cool

Mine did the same thing yester day.My dip stick popped out and shot 3+ quirts out.It was sluggest and would shift out of 2nd gear or rev good(above 4k)

I'm from Rush and I have a 1995 xe,I was just at Gilbert(iron range offroad)Yester day and today.Its worth the time and money to go there,it was by far the best network of trails in mn.But bewarnd,leaf lake,and the horse shoe are impassble unless you have,3+ inch lift,33inch tall tires and a lsd or locker.If I had a winch I would of brought it,and used it alot on these trails,they are not maked as the hardest but are a pain,highcentered on rocks mostly.The mediam and easy rock trails are great,there not wet and my tires grip the iron laced rock great.Also do not go in the truck only mud bog or the one right at the bottom of the one entreance...they have Hazard signs for a reason.I had water up to my doors just going ten feet into the one by the hill(entrance).

It could be that there just not anuff fluid in it,cloded filter,water in the fluid or it could be a converter,its pretty hard to tell with auto trannys but I've seen a car that acted like that with almost no fluid in it. Hope this helps.

I've been to one last year.Went in my buddies brothers 1996 Eclipse RS.It was fun but I thought the best car there was my buddies.Something about two-tone orange with a Demon pinestriped on the hood(and 311 N/A horse power too the wheels...perfect sleeper with no hood bulge or wing just a stock looking 'clipse) I would go again.It was a hell of a lot of fun(the party and after partys...we didnt get home until 6 the following night and we where still ready to party) If your ever in the twin citys for a show dont forget to go to Porkys...hot cars and people...its the bobs big boy burger of the midwest.

Its gotta be a 20 and a half gallon tank then if your putting 16.5 in it.They came in two sizes...15 and 20 5/8 gallons.

Are the rpms going up and down?

Both plugs that he said are sold at wal-mart...I stay away from wal-plugs...I run Ac-delco plugs and my truck runs good

Alldatas kick ass,but its a pain in the ass at the same time...I dont like it how you have to start over if you put the wrong tranny in...I still havent figured it all out yet but it does help

Mine arent stock...The second one is rotted(out side,not blown out yet) and the first one has a sensor in it.I;m confuzzd now...the pre cat is suppose to beclose to the engine right...and has no sensor?
