  1. Dog ran away this morning and the plow truck brockered...guess the poor 305 was pooped.

  2. No idea, you need to explane it better.
  3. I'd bring the wd21 back but with the 3.5 v6. Offer a diesel in the titan but only offer it as a 1ton duelly(diesels arent off road engines IMO) Offer a true mini truck, like one of those mini trucks from india that you can buy new for 8k and have it with a 4 popper and 5 or 6 speed manuel. And this is a big one, offer base model, rubber mat trucks with manuel transmissions and four wheel drive. Do as Nunya said, offer "Copo" style trucks and cars.
  4. Anything under 33 is 15/16 inch area and and thing over is 17+ But hey I run 33s with 17s, the ride is better then any truck I've ever driven with these.
  5. Now remember, you need a ls3 in that thing.
  6. I gave the OP Plus one, everyone else got a - though, just because I care...
  7. Mine has never shifted into 4hi when it was moving, it would grind and scream at me, my farther on the other hand would ram it in at 50+ and let it grind away. It can be in gear if you want to engage it, you just cant be moving and you need to back up to disengage it or do some insane swerving otherwise the hubs will stay locked for a while (for me it was 10 miles)
  8. I would look at a cummins 3.9 4bt. Theres a lot of them and there cheap. Or one of the old Nissan Diesels that IHC used in there scouts in the 80s.
  9. Building a bumper is easy, get a chunk of angle iron(or c-channel) and weld it in place. You spend $90 on metal and have a bumper you can ram people with.
  10. 0 back pressure is best? Maybe WFOT yes but with duels no, its not on a small engine. I ran true 2 inch from the manifolds back with a thrush glass pack and it worked good, I never wished for more power since its a little engine.
  11. I really cant say I've ever had any problems with the water pump and I've ran my truck with out anti freeze in it. The bolts will loosen up from time too time though and that maybe your problem.
  12. It should be a white or blue spark. Was it plugged in with a block heater? If not try that if at all possible. I had the same problem with mine when I ran 10w40 in winter and I had to use starting fluid. See if it'll start on the fluid. Also, if at all possible crank it at night and watch for the plug wires arching. I had a c-vic that wouldnt start with out being plugged in to a block heater for at least two hours and this was the problem.
  13. I prefer air shocks myself. I ran them on a old chevy truck and I could jack it up by pumping the shocks up(first person who says shocks dont affect ride height is going to get fish whacked) I have stock junks on my pathfinder, but there the adjustable kind and they where nice when they where still good. I run Bilstein and Ranchos on my other cars. The Ranchos (5000s?) are on a full size ford and they ride great. They provide a very, very stable truck on wash boards and pavement, it is nearly as good as the bilstiens on my 'maro and that car sits 3 inchs off the ground. I've never ran the higher end Ranchos so I have no say on them.
  14. Tied rod? I had horrible tie rods and it would shake at one speed only, 53-54mph (well it shook about 80+ too but thats a given on a old truck with diffrent size tires on it) Could your brakes be sticking? I know if the rears are sticking on bad rotors it'll shake pretty good. Also, look at the steering gear that maybe your problem if your running big tires.
  15. I use plan old ACDelco 2 dollar a piece ones...it always ran strong with these plugs, well stronger then the misgapped Champions it had before that range from .022-.044 gaps.
  16. That is a very white interior... 3m to the dash is usally the usage of there trim spray or that gluey double sided tape.
  17. The shirtless guy got it right, the North american ape too...Column shifters are usally the case. My 89 150 has the spot for the column shift indicator, yet its a straight granny 4 on the floor. Its probly has too do with ease of building the trucks, just plop in a dash and gauges and run with it.
  18. I vote for that little spot on the passager side of the steering wheel for the toggle switchs.
  19. My 95 did the same thing, I was told it could be the MAF.
  20. If it comes with the t-case I'd say its ok.
  21. It'll plow straight ahead when trying to turn, I vote a LSD or air locker of some kind.
  22. Damnit,I'm crossed eye but its correct, good job.
