i live in CA and as long as things like your headers (i have thorleys) have an EO number on them you are fine. or can prove they are legal in CA. believe me.. they DO check.... not quite sure what a "pop charger" is or what it does.. but it doesn't sound too CA friendly.. lol... you will also need a catalytic converter. if you took the stock one out. my 92 pathy is smog test onyl so mine gets gone over with a fine tooth comb. the limo tint is fine, but as stated above, if you have the driver & pass windows tinted you may get "unwanted attention" from the cops. they usually have better things to do around here than pull every car/truck that goes by with tinted front windows, and believe me.. it's the majority. at night what my friends do is just drive with their windows half down.... seems to work. they both have blacked out front windows and have never got a fix it ticket.

glad it helped. i just went onto kragens website n went under tools n found it.... dunno how those big as feet can get into that tiny pilot bearing..but ok.... i understand how they hook intot he lip on the bearing.....they just look real big in the pic

intakes from cars are also different.. only slightly.. but if you have all the stuff from your other motor.. you should be ok

sly have you ever looked closely at my windows andrew? my front's are tinted too.. not enuff to attract too much attention but dark enuff you don't get blined by the sun all black like that? yeah.. unless yer drivin a limo you would get a fix it ticket for that.... i am going 2 shades darker this summer cuz it get's so hot out here.. the front tint i have is not dark enuff. to stay on topic.. you can add window tint but the mirrior will always be there unless you replace the glass as stated aboe. it's integrated in the actual glass.

he's been around. saw him last night. yes... 90-95 have the 28 spline...... well.. i got my brand new milemarkers last year for $85 and have never had any problems with them. they look a little cheaper than the warns but do their job well... good luck!
-
my new motor actually had 3 NGK wires left on it if anyone wnats them.. coil wire is one of them sly they looked new.. even after the motor had been sitting for so long. i have never had any problems with the bosch and this is my second set of them. they are $32 and have never caused me any issues. i would love a set of NGK's but my pockets are empty. Dave has a set of taylors sitting inna box but they're 8mm 90 degree bend... damnit

ok. so i figgered out the MOST annoying issue i was having with my new motor. my high rpms.. bot at idle and driving. i knew i had a vaccum line that had stretched otu and so was "too big" for it's "spot" on the charcoal cannister..... so today i went back and sure nuff.. it was whistlin dixie under the hood... i squeezed the connection.. whistle stopped.. grabbed baby size zip tie n zipped er down cuz the clip holdin it was all wore out/stretched/not doin its job.......... rpms went down to a smooooooooth idle and no more vrOOOOOOOOOOm crap....... ahhhhh..... now..... to figure otu my thud down below....

sweetness. thx for the pic. here's my half assed disaster so far.. did this last summer..... never did finish the job.... lol i actually trimmed most of the "mud flap" off the back (door side) but when i had the wider tires on wanted to retain some cover...
-
dowser! bravo. only YOU could be playing in 2wd THEN use 4wd once stuck... lol.... you da man! hehehee... sounds like you had fun tho. as for your wretched noise... no clue. did you get any type of crap stuck up in any part of your brakes/suspension? has the feel of your steering changed at all? or the way they pathy handles? BTW: like the way you did your fenders..... mm... *eyes up the sawzall* sly

ok. this is ONLY my OPINION..... as i have not done a cam job yet, i do not have hands on with the intricate workings. at TDC i had 2 rods/valves UP when you look at the head from below. remember, you have new cams, they will not turn easily. when i went to adjust one of my cams back to TDC (it was 1 tooth off) i had to loosen the rocker arms so i could turn the cam without it "clunking" forward n backwards. then i tightened it back down to torque (12-14lbs i believe) and all was good. without being there i can only guess at what your issue is and from my experience.

:o i think you are the first pathy owner to break a t-case.... i applaud you, but am sorry for your troubles -study- n some -alcohol- it'll be all good
