i would PB blast the crap out of the o2 sensor and do it all COLD. (been there, burnt that)......... as for the diffs, PB blast the plugs and make SURE you can get them out before anything else. lmao..... then try to keep the pathy on level ground. if it's slanted you may not get enuff fluids in the diffs

what he^^^^^^said -bounce- -bounce-

if you need them, we can bring BOTH pathys. but mini would be a bit difficult to measure for a bumper..... the smittybuilt ain't comin off but king has all the bumper lift brackets n "stuff" on him and i'll do anything to rub my new tires, tre's and CL in yer face to give you motivation to get your pathy done lmao j/k
-
-alcohol- name the day.... preferably AFTER king is road bound again lol

you know i have no problem lending you either of my pathy's for measuring/etc... hell.. a good excuse to go hang out up north and -alcohol- and

actually, the section of pipe that my o2 sensor plugs into is still stock and dying, and that "rattle" was at 4k + rpm sly once i change that little piece of stock pipe, it will probably go away nothing rattles or rests on any part of the body/frame.. i HATE rattles don't be suckered in to thinking oyu need some "special" cat and stuff.. they're trying to skrew you. I paid $50 for a no name high flow cat, and $85 for my FM 50 series and *coughs* $400 for it all to be installed. (that price included muffler & cat also) -
i say you get one of dem dare little meters that shows angle degrees, go out, slap that puppy off camber and let us know at what angle she rolls j/k impressively enuff, pathy's can lean over a long way before feeling unstable..... but i prefer NOT to be the first to roll 'er over..... however. ask jeep rescue about rolling over sssh

i LOVE the titans. but that pathy did nothing for me.. other than make me want that V-8 motor even more i did like that rust color tho..... WD-21 all the way fer me! -bounce-

i (and a few others) are running HF cats with FM 40 series and 2.5" pipe throughout. seems to be the most popular set up, and if you want HP... get headers (thorleys or pacesetter) here's a clip of my exhaust... and there are a few others in the pics/vid section Mini Me's exhaust -
uh, that about wraps it up in a nutshell....... and mini has the dent to prove it sssh
-
be strong. take that joy ride if it will relax you. sometimes i find just looking out my front window at my pathy's sitting side by side helps to relax me.... look at wheelin pics of your pathy's.... that's helpful to stop withdrawls too
-
mini has the JGC coil conversion, i am running stock shocks up front and rancho 5000's out back. works great

while the boys are flogging the dead horse (and rightly so, this subject has been covered a LOT).. try trail master, rough country.... and look in your year specific thread, this subject has been flogged to death with every conceivable suspension combination, parts lists, prices, vendors.... etc. :contract:

sssh um, WHAT exactly are you changing? front susp. rear susp. cv's... uca's??? bit more specific dear please :contract:

you would be hard pressed to find the room, and my oil seems to do just fine with the single relo kit.... and i live in hell, erm.. i mean the nasty hot part of cali. i believe you get a small shot of cooling as the oil travels up the hose to the filter, (i can grab and hold my lines) i keep my filter well away from anything hot, and have had no problems. and as 88 said.. racers use them, but they subject their vehicles to far more than a pathy would allow itself to be subjected to before fighting back i'd do what red said..... sell them

:o no chit? oh wow. i had nooooooooooooo idea. :sniff:
