  1. Whuahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it's $2.39 for 87, $2.49 for 89 (which I run in my Pathy ..she pinks and sucks gas if I use lower) and $2.50 for 91 octane...and that's THE CHEAP STUFF!! I've seen prices all teh way up to $2.87 for 91 yesterday! These prices are KILLING MEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!! :X
  2. I am feeling really quite  now.....LOWEST (87) is $2.29....(89) is $2.49 and 91 is $2.59 up to $2.89 we saw today! :X I hate the west coast!
  3. If you don't mind spraying..I just took my "stockies" off and and now runnin some black (chrome painted over) 15x8's with 255/70/15's..gawd i'm loving it! I will sellmine cheap....r u in California? sssh
  4. I had set up a link about this problem....I had no joy, but am still trying..but I think we'll just pull the motor and put new manifolds (aftermarket) and a bunch of other stuff..saves rippin the motor apart twice! With Nissan manifolds, the bolts WILL break again. Aftermarket manifolds are already modified..so this doesn't happen again, and for $110 a side..it's worth it to me! sly
  5. That is a really good price! Hell... I got towed out by a Chevy (thank god!) with a pro-comp strap when I drowned my Jeep.....(driver error not Jeep!) I might have to go check those out! I have a good hook-up at our Oakland 4 wheel parts! sssh
  6. Howerd Stern on AM all the way baby! p.s.- did I fail to mention I was KIDDING!?
  7. ROLMAO. Don't worry, before I read my handbook...I thought the auto-lock button was for the 4wd too! -thnkboutit-
  8. -bounce- I know this sounds far fetched..but check the back of your valve covers.....I couldn't figure out where mine was obviously leaking (it wasn't burning the oil)..and presto. There it was. It also got oil down onto my oil filter too..soooooo..just a suggestion! Good luck!
  9. I am sooooooooooooooo glad my "long hair" t-shirt suggestion amused everyone. Remind me NEVER to write in a forum DRUNK ever again! LMAO. Yes, I will wear my hair up when wearing my NPORA tee with pride. I like the last posted tee...awesome work!! Count me in for some black tee's!
  10. OMG! You guys really made my night! LMFAO @ the "long hair" version of shirts! As long as they promote the Pathfinder..lmao..I will support most anything (besides teh jab @ Jeepers thing). LOL. Best laugh I had alllllllllll night. I needed that! I really like the black t with the "find your own path" slogan though. Count me in! I know...seemingly being the only chick in NPORA..I can take the jokes n jibes..lol.
  11. Yes..the white shirt looks WICKED AWESOME! I agree on the "one slogan" thing too.... "find your own Path" is PERFECT. I wish the black tee's could be cleaned up a bit..as I must admit..white lasts about 5 seconds with me..... But if I could get them in any color but white..count me in for 2 or 3!
  12. Funny you should say that about the "come in limping" thing..ROLMAO... My BF is rather "accident prone", so I made sure I took the first aid kit to Pismo with us..... and guess who ended up.. Day 1 - got burnt on headers of rail Day 2 - got "attacked" by a 19" wide rim bouncing out of the sand and hitting me in the shin. Also ended up sunburnt and sore. Day 3 - Burned hand. I did a couple other things too..but those are the best right there. I am usually with Dave when he works on anything, so I am usually there when injuries occur. It's kind of like a lottery...depending on job being done, as to level of injury, if any. We've been pretty good lately when working on cars/trucks. I did however fry my ankle 2 weeks ago on the lid to the bar-b-q. Boy, did that one hurt, and I'm currently sporting a rather ugly, painful scab on my right ankle for a reminder.... "watch where you step when turnin ribs on bar-b-q's..ya never remember where ya set the lid down". (and don't drink and bar-b-q)
  13. I REALLY like the pic of Mr Jims truck comin up off that jump..and the logo. That is great for shirts. Simple, but wicked good. Why y'all gotta be so mean..ya know..(ok..I know..I sold it 3 months ago) I have been a Jeeper for years, and they are VERY capable vehicles (I had a Wrangler Islander).... and I am feeling a little "butt-hurt" over the massive amounts of Jeep insults. It will make us look like little kids saying "mines bigger than yours", if we do the slogans against Jeeps. We want to tell EVERYONE Pathfinders are the BEST. Not just the Jeep crowd. Keep it classy and more people will be curious as to just how awesome Pathfinders really are. ok. I am done with my PMS for today. LOL Great shirt ideas though! p.s.- I really like the "find your own path" saying..it's short, to the point, and shows an independance of the vehicle to think "outside the box" :cool2:
  14. Dusty...am I to take that as an "insult"? Did I ask such a truly stupid ? Or has that no regard to me what-so-ever? LOL Just wondering..... (as everyone knows...I am new to the Pathfinder (not new to Nissan) scene..and am learning as I go.... well...as I stated..I use 10w-40 and my Nissy runs great with it...I would like to run synthetic though..but wonder the consequences of this?
  15. I use 10w 40..but it rarely egts close to freezing here..so 40 weight seems to work good. I was wondering however..if you can run straight weight inna Pathy? Just a thought sssh

Congrats! :cool2: That's the color I want to paint mine next year
  17. I just sold a bunch of my Jeep stuff on ebay...did good. sold everything I bought a push bar from my bf's cousin for $20..and my bf's brother is going to make a bumper for me...cuz I have SEEN the prices of bumpers.....and I'm afraid I have NOT won the lottery yet..and I can't find too much on ebay..though there is stuff for your year.... :type:
  18. Just another quick note from the chick who's being a PITA.. (that would be me ) Just a thought..but a lot of the "logo'd" t's that I have..you can't read the back...I have long hair and the logo always seems so high up the back of the shirt...maybe have the NPORA logo (or whatever is going to be on the back) in the middle or just above? I want people to SEE what I am trying to advertise..
  19. I can't draw to save my life..but my idea is pretty basic. If there are going to be 3 generations of Pathfinders..then why not have all 3 coming "out" of the front of the shirt....all doing something different..to cater to the non-stock, slightly modified, and super duper Pathys? i.e..one twisted on rocks..one in a ditch or similar situation, and one just propped on a rock or in mud? with a saying something like... "Have you wheeled YOUR Pathfinder today?". Then have the www.NPORA.com on the back? Just an idea.......
  20. OH. let me just clarify the amps are mounted to a BOARD ...which is mounted to the seats...and I have (in stock speaker locations) 2 6x9's in back and 2 4x6's up front..and I hid my earthquake EQ in the glove box...fits nicely in there! -bounce-
  21. Just a little hint if anyone is wondering where to installa bunch of stereo equipment..here's a couple of pics of how I did mine (ok..I picked..paid..chose locations and had it installed...I am soooooooooooo not safe with anything electrical).. I had the 2 amps mounted to the back of my seats..so I can still fold them down..I have a custom built (low/small) box that fits over the top of them made out of strong wood so tehy won't break if I pile anything on top of them...the 2x12's are completely removable if I go wheeling or need teh room..the wires are long enough so I can move the ANYWHERE within the back of my Nissy with the seats down....just a few hints if needed... ok...my bf's computer is bein a butthead...so here's teh link to the pics of the stereo.... -thnkboutit- :X http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/slick8jeep/a...8jeep/my_photos
  22. Are they as heavy as they look? I would lend you my nissy..but I don't think we live close. I would be more than happy to be a "demo" for the plates..hehehe sly They look great..I would be interested if the price is right
  23. I am runnin a kenwood cd player/radio with earthquake eq, 2x12's and 2x1000 watt amps..hehehe ... sssh and stock 6x9's in back with 2x 4x6's up front.....can we say "bump in the trunk"? LOL. i'm hittin about 1500-watts. Oh yeah..and a Kenwood 6 disc cd changer in back too. rock on KENWOOD! -bounce- (though i miss my blau) :sniff:
  24. We replaced all 4 shocks in less than 45 minutes on my Nissy. Very easy to do.
  25. Slept in mine for 3 days..cheaper than a hotel..hehehe...kinda comfy if you get in just the right position and stay there......i got too much stuff (stereo) in the back to put the seat down... sly
