  1. By yourself a little propane torch at the hardware store
  2. I'm wondering if it was an aftermarket one as I'm not familiar with it. I have never seen one with ports on the side of the body.
  3. I have that issue with the hood. Mine rusted and there's no more lube. I had to bang and wiggle the hood for it to pop.
  4. I think I have pictures of the solenoids in my re4r01a rebuild thread.
  5. Where did you order your solenoid from? There are slight changed in solenoids but all of them function the same. When power is applied to the solenoid, it slams shut the valve to prevent bleed off. The solenoids are pretty much all the same for over the decade of the re4r01a
  6. Starter. Do you hear the relay click the engage the starter?
  7. There were like 2-4 different brands of starters used. Do you have pictures?
  8. 17 years and perhaps one clutch change? Wow. I'm guessing someone lost the bolt and did what it takes to get the job done. I don't have a manual so maybe someone can chime in.
  9. New line bent and installed. Stock lines rebent and installed. Didn't have time to bleed today.
  10. I'm going to be doing my brakes today. I have to bend new hard lines and bleed. I still have not found my extended rear brake line so I may have to deal without it for now until the truck is running first. If I have enough time, the transmission is going in.
  11. Does anyone know the size of the rear shock stud? I need to know if any generic shock will fit right in or would I need to replace the bushing and sleeve or modify them any? I recall having Ranchos and they fit right in.
  12. I think I was there with the m226 broke on the trail and NN borrowed my welder to get it going again. I wished I had read the thread so I could have saved you some time with your research as since I was well familiar with Chris's rig and findings a long time ago. But hey, glad it were able to stick it though! I've did myself so I feel you on it.
  13. It'd the signal wire to engage the clutch on the compressor.
  14. I have 5125s up front hence why I was considering keeping it all the same but that price gets me.
  15. How do you like the 5112 shocks? I was considering bilsteins but would have to order them.
  16. Does anyone know the size of the rear shock stud? I need to know if any generic shock will fit right in or would I need to replace the bushing and sleeve or modify them any? I recall having Ranchos and they fit right in.
  17. I am not familiar with the early models but can you pull codes?
  18. I had to move my pathfinder. It was becoming an eyesore so I strapped down the wheel. There was a lot of tire scrubbing but parking it was 10x easier. I am starting to think I might have broke the steering lock pin.
