  1. Looks good, Looks huge but looks good. how far does that thing stick past the grill? looks Ginormous. I wouldn't mind "borrowing" their design but making it closer to the rig. Maybe its because the pics are so close to it, not sure.
  2. My Trail Gear ones are 67" and that is wheel well to wheel well. So I would assume the Rocky Road sliders to be the same.
  3. Oh man my brother Ranger does the same thing. We will be driving down the road on a bright and sunny day all of a sudden the windshield wipers start flying. It seems to be they work when you dont want them too. But, when you need them they don't go full speed..... Crazy
  4. He just had them bolted on though didn't he? OfftourRoadie is going to through some welds on them so they should last longer
  5. I make a 1500+ miler every year in the Pathy and the weekend before I leave I just check all the fluids (engine, Tranny, diffs, brake, clutch, PS) belts, pulleys, I carry extra belts, small tool kit, wiring stuff, and an extra universal O2 sensor if your still running stock ones. Oh and maybe AAA haha Nothing worse then burning an O2 sensor with no parts store for several hundred miles and getting 10 mpgs because of it. Ive done it before but never again... Then say a prayer to the Car travel god that nothing will go wrong Good luck and stay safe!
  6. muddfil go to his rig thread, he has tons of build pics that look good.
  7. You can never have enough lights to install
  8. Sorry Ty just got home, they were the 67" ones. hopefully they will get some use in Tahuya this Feb. I would also pick up the gusset kit if you can its only $20 more and comes with all the plating you need.
  9. Man I didnt even think about what direction I was taking it from. I am away from my rig for a week while at work. So if you don't have it figured out then or no one else has any pics I can hook you up!
  10. Hopefully that helps some --Don't mind the Bunjee its holding my air cleaner up --
  11. Haven't been, but as someone who made their stock guard shatter into many pieces. I would say get one, it doesnt take much force to destroy the plastic one.
  12. You know what Wattage those MC headlights are?
  13. Nice Aircleaner, looks cleaner then my install. Always meant to make a mount for mine but its still bungee corded up.
  14. I don't know if they charge you for that check, but you can do it real easy yourself if you want, Crawl under your rig and see if you can see an orange sticker on the rear diff. If there is one you have an LSD. You can also take a jack and lift the rear of your Pathy by the rear diff so both wheels are off the ground. Now spin one wheel and if the other spins in the same direction you have an LSD if the other direction then its open. For Fluids here a is a good write up with procedures w/#'s that lee_cha_nin did. http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=23891 I think there are other threads on them also
  15. Is your Panhard bar still there? Not bent and still has bushings? Might be the cause as it locates the rear end.
  16. Odd, mine is crappy with it plugged in or dangling
  17. Mine is Dangling as well, hell my whole intake is held on by a bungee cored
  18. Dang sharp looking truck Glad all are ok, your '98 didnt have airbags? Was this only an option? My '99 has both driver and passenger bags Thank heavens. Good luck to on the new R50 though!
  19. I use the In the channel type made by weathertech, They are narrower and shorter But I think they look more streamline. They work well also. So there are lots of choices out there.
  20. Under the stereo is where mine is located as well.
  21. XSrcing thats a pretty good vid, but this is what you need a snorkel for Someone needs to make a submarine pathy. Like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6p5E4-C7-Uw Sorry Red, I had to.
  22. He opened the cap more so the hub will fit through the middle. Seems you beat me to it
  23. Only area that really built on me in the mud was between the rocker and slider, in which I just washed it off with a hose, with snow you can just brush it off with your hand.
