  1. Well, got to pokin around and totally forgot that I had mounted the siren box in the driver side fender well... That changes everything...son of a... Where to move it...where to move it... Okay, fab a new bumper with a spot for it...geez, this shouldn't be so difficult.
  2. I cannot recall the last time I even had my radio on...shoot and it even plays DVD's...(like I need that.) One of these days...
  3. Body lift will give em all the room they want! (That is my hope, once mine is installed then the exhaust will be addressed.)

  7. The grilles over the rear speakers come right off. And I dunno about the tweeters...they were disconnect din mine when I got it...one day I will eliminate the factory amp...
  8. I am pretty sure my valve cover gaskets are leaking at a minimum...but I am not looking forward to pulling the intake and all that junk off just to change the gaskets... If it was not such a pain in the butt I would have done it already, and it is my DD, so the time is critical...geez.
  9. Yea, not having a wicked rear main leak helps too! Man I need to just pull my motor and run through it, replace some gaskets and while its out just rebuild it...gah. Not looking forward to it.
  10. A ton of good pictures. I am running a 3 inch calmini setup, and have a AC BL on the way. Will put the 33's on it when the BL is installed...but for now it has the 31's.
  11. Gotta say, I love my pathfinder. Its got some minor mods, with more on the way... But the very best part is she is paid for. Cant beat it!
  12. Anything is possible with a little ingenuity...fiberglass and MDF! I have seen several on Car domain done like that. I am sure someone else will chime in...
  13. Its the whole cone filter philosophy...that is precisely why all the rice rockets use em, the sound... If you don't want the whistle, put the air box back in. It is part of it... (If we are talking about the same thing. LOL)
  14. Yep, the radiator fin mount units are terribly inaccurate. Worthless really.
  15. Ahhh...I guess deep down I knew they wouldnt work...lol It was worth a shot... Any recommendations for a replacement 9004 with more wattage? Almost have everything I need to do the headlight harness/relay setup. Would like to replace the bulbs out as well...
  16. I have some thick floor mats in my car port...maybe they would be a good candidate...
  17. Yea man...dealer installed...and fried! I guess that is why the previous owner disconnected mine...I replaced the relay and re wired it in some split loom...it certainly LOOKS factory...but at least NOW it works... Frustrating... But that was some time ago...
  18. A buddy of mine just installed a magnaflow system on an 06 xterra...took off the factory and gave it to me...maybe it will work on the WD21? Dunno yet...it is stainless tho...probably will be a smidge restrictive as factory stuff usually is...

  23. The sensor is pretty large, and yes, it is suspended inside the hose...not exactly the way I would like it to be, but it works...and when I did the install money was an issue...I may go back and do that part over when I put a temp gauge bung in...
  24. Okay, basically the temp kit came with a piece of sponge like material that went in the upper rad hose on top of the probe...to stop leaks? Dunno, I had to use some Indian head to get it to stop leaking. Here are the requested pics...
