  6. also, if you have the dough try to find brass rotor/cap (the points) and you'll love it.. you will have to clean it once in a while even if you're in perfect time but it's well worth it.

  10. and back from N to 4hi sometimes. are you stuck in 4lo then? that's not good and you shouldn't be driving anywhere till you shift it into at least 4hi. 4lo is for very hard terrain.. hills, rocks, mud.. it's NOT for pavement driving.
  11. you sure you didn't get an Xterra CL? i am thinking the TREs should be the same but of course i could be wrong. did you get a hold of L&P with this issue?
  12. and we still do. nothing has changed. the original poster has taken flight but that's about it.
  13. you may want to call the place you got them from.. they may know what those things are really for. for the other info you may want to look around the garage or year specific forums.. that info is there. have fun and good luck.
  14. so why are we arguing about this?
  15. ok, i'll give you that one but that condition last about.... 3 vehicles and then it's back to slick ice. 4x4 is good for those conditions.. would you go 55mph in them though?
  16. ok, that must be on my pick up. lol
  17. panhard bushings looking ok? how about the drop links?
  18. autozone has the callipers the cheapest. i think you also need large torx.. can't remember exactly what's on this truck. it's a fairly simple job but you better make sure you bleed them right. brakeing is paramout in operation of any vehicle.
  19. yeah, you can get couple of HPs out of k&e filter mod.. there is a writeup somewhere in here.
  20. keep the revs at 4k-5k and you'll be amased how this thing screams.
  21. california must be wierd.. you guys get ice that gives traction? wow. learn something everyday.. not around here.. our ice is freaking slick.
  22. alpines and bahns are the only ones that are shallow enough, front and back.
