They do bring the suck with sealing, I've been through a couple sets and they always tend to have one thats ok and one that sucks. I just drilled small drain holes in the bottom of them and paint the inside to match the bumper inserts.

Is it an ABS system? I've had a coupel cars that wouldn't bleed correctly with ABS unless the car was running(thing they were GMs but it's an idea)

I like the setup people do that actually goes into the reciver. Especially usefull for people who set up front and rear recivers. That might have some stability issues beign on the trailer ball, lots of movement I would think...

Fair argument, I'd say that I'm baking spray paint and bondo above my motor without the insulator but in defense AGAINST me at the same time, the bondo area does have a hole in the center of it that helps heat escape when holding still and having a BL does add 3 extra inches between the top of the motor and the bottom of the hood.

But you said both sides have the same symptoms so I am guessing you mean they are both worn the same. If so then both sides need adjustment.

See the bolt to the righ tof the shock on the contorl arm cross bar(correct term?)? Theres one on each side of it actually. Shim between the bar and the frame. :edit: change pic to make bolt more obvious

First things first- make sure you don't have play in your ball joints or wheel bearings. If good and tight then adjust camber. AFAIK it's only adjustable by shimming the UCA at the frame.

I'd check the core support to make sure your rad isn't falling out as well. My .02 As for the panels, it would be good for people who don't have acess to metal working stuff, I can se those that do for the most part making their own though since as stated before, everyones frames/bodys/floors/etc. don't rot the same way even if in the same general areas.

I see your QX56 wheels and raise you 14" steelies w/ bias-ply tires!

Keep clips just in case you need to rig something with one or find another insulator and want to install it that bad. Otherwise deposit it into the nearest dumpster

Anything is possible if you got someone to make pipe for you. Once I break down and spend the $ on headers I have a dual plan in my head.

All I'm gonna say is HB's are kind of short from door to door and a T-handle shifter hurts the side. Make sure you have it in 1st, 3rd, or 5th for 5 speed owners out there... *got my 91 while still in high school, I miss that truck*

Honestly the broken in HB bench I swapped out for buckets was awsome. Only reason I switched it to buckets was using a throw pillow as an armrest got old eventually and the cupholder issue us wd21 owners are plauged with carrys over to d21s as well(used a s-10 Blazer one in there). Came in handy they were free as well and I was in the process of switchinmg the red interior to grey slowly. Junked the truck before I ever finished that project...

Did it the other way around in a HB. Get a bench from a Hardbody(if you have a 5-speed, get a seat from a 5-speed 4x4 HB, has a notch for the shifters) and you don't have to drill, the tracks will line up with the outer seat tracks for the buckets (if you want the center belt make sure to take that from seat doner as well). As for the e-brake relocation, once again rob the Hardbody for the front cable and handle mechanism.
