Hey guys. I am about an hour away from ordering the Calmini 3" SL for my 95 Pathfinder. I searched and saw that there were a lot of mixed reviews. I like the idea of having a complete kit and getting everything from the same place in case of any problems. I also saw a lot of good things about RC upper control arms with JGC rear coils for a lot cheaper. I am new to the whole lifted truck thing (I come from a lowered turbo civic). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

I know this is long gone but bummed I missed it. I am new to the off-road thing and don't know where to go in the Northern Illinois-ish area legal or not I just know of the badlands (been there on quads) and the cliffs but never been there.

I had the local Merlins change my diff fluid about a month ago and when I got it back it was doing the same things. Clunks in revers and during slow turns. I took it back and they "added more additive" and it works great now. Btw, this is on a 95 SE 4x4 manual. Dont know if this helps at all but...

I need to find my a functioning tach to swap out. Mine the my 95 SE jumps around all over the place. Never stops moving.

Hey guys, I have a 95 Pathy SE. vg30e I believe. I just wanted to verify that I have to pull the crank pulley off during this whole process. I plan on doing the timing belt while I'm in here too. No need to do this twice right? My Chiltons manual isn't all that detailed so.... Any help would be much appreciated

I was just curious as to which is better offroad, auto or manual. I have a manual but I haven't headed offroad yet. (Don't know of anywhere to go)

Did you figure out anything with your tach? My 95 does the same thing. It jumps around nonstop. I don't get it.

I believe you are talking about the Zuma which Yamaha will be making a 125cc Zuma for 2009. I can't wait!!! Anyways, as far as gas goes. I am just sucking it up. I still need to go to school and work so I still need to pay whatever prices they are charging, as much as that sucks. At least when it is nice I do try to ride my bicycle to work. Too far to ride it to school.

Hey guys, I have this winch laying around that I figure I might as well mount somehow. Its not doing any good in the box right? It is fairly small (4000lb) but I figure it can't make a situation any worse, right? I am wondering how you guys mounted your winches w/out buying some crazy expensive ARB bumper or something. BTW I have a 95 SE. Any ideas would be great. Thanks

I just picked up a 95 with 183,xxx.

Hey guys, my name is Doug and I just got a 95 SE that I am really happy with so far. Just thought I would register on here and learn more about what I got. It is white with black wheels. 31/10.50-15 tires. I was told it has a 3 inch lift but I don't know for sure. The only problems are the tach goes crazy, the spare tire carrier on the back rattles horribly, and the seat is ripped pretty good. I will see what I can do about getting pictures up sometime. Anyone else around Chicago?
