  1. My check engine light comes on when I get really low on gas
  2. Well, I had the w'pump, tensioner, t-stat, and all hoses replaced at the same time. Then my t-stat was sticking open so I replaced that myself and didn't use the correct/enough of the liquid gasket so it wanted to leak. So yesterday I pulled it all apart again to fix the leak. The drivers side drain plug didn't want to move, I got the passenger side out so I just drained that....and made a decent sized mess but its all good. So far, no leaks
  3. All the hoses are recently replaced so I will use the drain plugs. I'm off to do it right now.
  4. That looks great. I think I am going to do mine when it warms up a bit.
  5. Good to know cause I am doing mine Monday. I just plan on making a mess.
  6. Yeah, I got a whole new cluster from a local jy for $25.
  7. I can't wait to see those FG flares finished, I think they will look good.
  8. I plan on doing the bottom half of my pathy sometime in the kinda near future. From the body line/pin stripe down.
  9. Welcome to another Illinoisan
  10. Is that the spray on stuff? Does your ashtray still open? I kinda like it
  11. That is a good looking pathy you got there ^^^^ hopefully I can get mine there someday, when it isn't my daily driver.
  12. Thanks simon, yeah it does it in both 2 and 4wd. I am hoping once I change the parts (installing them at the same time as the lift that is sitting in my living room) and get an alignment it will be a lot better. At sometimes it feels a bit dangerous.
  13. That face plant was classic. I can't believe that kid made it so close to school before something happened.
  14. So my pathy pulls to the left normally when its dry. I have play in ALL tie rod ends and the centerlink. Brand new oem ones are in my back seat (too cold to do it now). I noticed that when the ground is slick with snow or icy conditions, the steering is very loose. I know it sounds dumb, "Duh idiot, you are on ice!" but I'm not talking about inches of snow, just a light misting on the road and it happens. Just seems like there is a lot of play in the steering before anything happens and it doesn't really pull at all either. I am thinking it is the looseness in my steering components. I can't think of why the slick roads would do that though. Do you agree or can you think of anything else? Maybe really bad toe and the slippery roads allow it to "drag"?
  15. Welcome, I am almost there with miles but mine is a 95. 199,xxx. Almost 200K!!!
  16. Welcome to the site. I would also suggest the t-belt asap.
  17. Those bushwacker flares look great. Wish they still made them.
  18. I got mine from www.discountramps.com for about $100 but I am still in the process of coming up with a way to mount it to my stock roof rack but its not bad and it was pretty cheap.
