  1. inlet from tranny to rad on my 88 is on the right side looking forward, made sure when I installed the inline filter
  2. Also according to a friend of mine in the chp there is another stamped # on the frame covered by the body, but he wouldn't tell me where
  3. wen't to pickapart today and found the hardbody rt frt marker light that I've been looking for for about a year, picked it up and a rt rr taillight assembly both for $35.00,
  4. depending on which station you were listening to it was either 106 or 112 or 115 here in Lake Elsinore yesterday. Oh another thing run your A/C for about a 1/2 hr every week it helps to keep the seals lubricated
  5. the 88 rolled over 250.000 miles yesterday still getting about 17 mpg with it
  6. ok on my 88 rear shoulder harnesses out of a 94 pathy, overhead rear speaker assembly out of a 94 pathy, center console out of a 97 QX4, map lights and mirror out of a 94 pathy, grab handle above drivers door, 93 inst. cluster, think thats about it.
  7. picked up a o2 sensor and a cat for the 88 it needs to be smogged next month
  8. What I did for the KC dayliters on the 94 used an extra hazard switch, relay powers the lights and hazard switch powers the relay
  9. Changed oil and filter, only 453 miles to go to hit 250.000 original engine, tranny has been rebuilt once
  10. Like Precise said, I also keep a supply of switches and other electrical parts. Luckly my 88 is a Ca. and no rust, the 94 was from back east and a rental, a little rust but it's been taken care of
  11. that's the first thing I remove, can't stand the sound.
  12. I'll post a pic tomorrow of mine it looks similar to Nunya's
  13. On my 88 I used a mirror mount elongated the holes and used longer bolts and set it up far enough to the right so the rear glass would open without opening the tire carrier.
  14. I think I'd have to agree my 94 is a xe and it does
  15. your 87 will be 27 spline I'd seriously think about manual hubs
  16. charged the battery on the 94, since mama broke her leg it hasn't been driven
  17. on those fans, if I remember correctly the early 21 series with just the heater had a lighter fan motor. The Calsonic A/C kits came with a heavier duty fan. Almost all the vehicles came from the factory without A/C only the Maxima and the Z came with factory A/C Of course it's been over 25 years so I could be wrong
  18. I drilled and tapped mine when I replaced the bushings and pins a couple of years ago, give it a shot of grease every time I lube the front end
  19. On my 88 I'm running the earlier Maxima fans with the metal frame, also the the temp sensors that fit in the bottom of the max rad. I placed the temp sensor in the metal tube in the upper rad hose it turns on the low speed fan at 190 degrees the high speed fan I have hooked to a switch on the dash. The 94 I did the same way and have had no problems with either one. The fan shroud fits the pathy rad almost perfect, I think I have some pics of the installation on here somewhere.
  20. R&B before it became rock an roll some CW and some of the big bands
  21. Well we finished wiring the KCs in mamas 94, used a 4way flasher switch. If anyone wants to know which pins, I used the 2 outside pins bottom row
  22. Repaired the door lock actuator in the drivers door on the 88
