thats how mine blinked i couldnt ever figure out what was wrong with it
-
wish i could help ya. That is defiantly a factory alarm with and it has a extra horn/siren under the hood for it. Mine never worked in my 93 se either my light just always blinked really really fast 24/7 even when the car was on. I would check the conection to the securty box,(its a black box under one of the seats) i remember reading that they get a bad connection and they quit working. You shouldnt need a remote though for it to work my friends 91 had the alarm and that one worked right with no remote
-
i sent you two pm with some options hurry up and buy one though
-
did u get your manifold planed flat so its not warped?
-
90-95 i think have the same keyfob i dont think other years work
-
I have a "compustar" securtiy keyless entry that has a option to have remote start added to it. i dont have the remote start but alot of ppl wit hthe manuals where i live have them. Basically it checks to see if the doors or clutch have been touched since you locked it and if it has it wont start. (theres a better explaination online thats just what i got out of it. they are save to use and a good quailty) mine also has a very long range and alot of other options also. Here is a link to what i have -minus the remote start. very nice i recommend it idk what your budget is though i dont feel its to expensive though. http://www.compustar.com/products/pro/RF-P2W9000-SS.html can also be used in another car so 1 remote controls 2 cars that you cna pick from.

would be cool to supper charge or turbo it though
-
yeah i double checked on my z31 forum and you would need some way to tune it. It would probably have some weird stubble because our ecu and recognize the into from the z32 maf or the cobra maf.
-
looks like he did. It looks better in my opinion but i also have a black pathy. When you adjusted them do you have rubbing problems at all? jw i have never done it but though about it.
-
That would be a good upgrade alot of ppl do that for my z31 300zx (vg30e or et). It is very common upgrade for them but i am pretty sure they have to use a tuning program for it to run right. Another MAF people seem to use is a mustang one.
-
so if your sitting there parked and you rev the car up to 1200rpm as soon as u hit 1200rpm the light come on?
-
yeah that would probabl work too i guess a few others have thrown a v8 into them too so im sure that would probably work too
-
mine never seems to go more then 1/4-1/3 of the way. I bet its the thermostat. i changed that on my old pathfinder find becuase it never moved at all and wouldnt blow hot air and it made a huge difference.
-
well you could find out about how the vg30et has its manifolds and work from there you might be able to just use them and modify them if thats any easier they should fit since its the same motor in all but idk how it will all work. I guess if you do end up doing it make a build thread i kinda wnt to see this. I think a super charger would be a better option though.
-
check your radio connections if you have a after martket one could be shorting out or check your cig lighter and make sure nothing is in there shorting it out.
-
I was alway under the assumption that the turbo motor wint fit due to the narrower side walls of the pathy. I can under stand that because i have a z31 and a wd21 and there is defiantly alot less room on the inside of the pathy for that and its a tight fit even in the z. SO you would have to rig up some relocation for the turbo is under the pathy which would be bad for any offroad use becuase it would probably get full of @!*%. even if u were to have it in the stock spot it would probably get wrecked when summerged( if ever) if you dont go offroading ever and plan to just drive around on the street its do able but a pain in the ass. I have seen a video on youtube of a turbo pathfiner. with rear mounted turbo (underneth the drivers side door

I hate the rust belt! im kinda nervous about putting on my UCA never done it before and dont really know how so im sure it will be mess and im sure something will be rusted together.
-
Yes, check the codes that will normally narrow it down. My guess is you have a senor bad like a o2 senor or something.
-
Only thingi noticed from the tick was it made everything around the leak black and also i noticed a slight power loss and worse mpg. other than that it wont matter at all
-
its probably the starter. is it full of oil and gunk??
-
yeah see if your getting power up there (where the lights mount)maybe the ground is bad or something if not trace the fog light cords maybe they got cut some how or rubs on a sharp edge or something.
-
kinda sounds like a starter also but check what olddirtyrake said first since thats free ha

i just did this a month ago on a friends. you twist those 5 clips like u have already then take the 2 screws out of the side markers like you already have. Then like others have said there are some slots on the bottom that just slide off the screws down there. I had to tilt mine out at the top then pull up on it to get it to come out just be careful you dont snap the clips/slot part off at the bottom doing that. I cant remember if the things that the slots slide around are screws i thought they were and i loosened them up but i cant remember i though i did something like that so that it was easier to put it back on.

if you go out and take the bulbs out of the fog light and take a volt meter and hold the negative to a known good ground around there and postive on to where the postive on the foglight do you get any voltage. Also if the switch is put back to its orginal wiring when you flip the switch does the light come on?

its defiantly the hard drive when it says that that many sectors are unusable it useually menas the hard drive failed. thats is alot of unusable sectors a couple hundred is ok but thats bad! you can try and put the hard drive ina different computer as a slave drive and copy your stuff off and try to reload windows but I think once you get your stuff off if you can buy a new one they are pretty cheap now days. ps the blue screen means its missing files on the hard drive and that is caused by them getting deleted by accident, hard drive failure, virus, or the wrong kind of memory are the most common ways to get that. I think its the hard drive though due to all the bad sectors.
